It still amazes me that just a couple of seasons ago all of these haters were all about the new Brooklyn Nets team culture. Oh, how quick they have been to throw all of that out the window now that we're a threat.

And you can tell that everyone was waiting for our heralded team culture to crumble beneath the weight of 3 'headcases' and look at the team. United, professional, unselfish, community minded, grit and grind, upstanding citizens. So I guess they have to say our building is ugly. Clowns.

Let him take 30 seconds for all i care , as long as he continues to miss them all , shooting them under 5 seconds might actually help him to develop muscle memory and shoot better percentage

Eh, I don't mind it. We need to see how the role guys will play on the road. Hopefully it'll be more like Game 4 in Boston rather than Game 3. But if we keep playing exactly the same as the first two games in this series I would start to question the odds makers if they have us as underdogs the rest of the way lol.

Couldnt have said it any better.

Wasn't Kyrie a selfish head case? I even heard Boston was better off with Kemba than Kyrie.
KD? I heard he'd be lucky to be back as a top 10 player.
Harden? I heard he was incapable of playing anything but Harden-ball.

You have PC mods actively rooting against these guys as if they did things other stars didnt. Like AD forcing his way out of New Orleans. Sounds a lot like Harden as well.

At least KD and Kyrie never actively tried to trade their teammates behind their back. And I'll never get the KD is "soft" labels. Man came back risked his career to help GSW against the Raptors, that's true toughness and selflessness.

Kyrie says things he believes in, even if I occasionally disagree with his premise. I respect that.

I get that people will root for who they want, but some of the "reasonings" are pretty hypocritical if you ask me.

Elite playoff isolation scoring at solid efficiency without being too much of a black hole has a lot of more value than the PC board thinks. The results speak for themselves which is why it is puzzling to me that Kevin Garnett was recognized as a retro player of the year, yet Kobe and Durant NEVER got recognized that way. We're talking about guys who are multiple FMVPs and have proven to have great scalability at being ceiling raisers. Baffling to say the least.

Charles' ass was DEPRESSED after the way we whipped Milwaukee the other night. Says to me Chuck laid down some coin on the Bucks beating us after Harden went down and that blew up right in his face. add that with the fact that none of the Big 3 like him, and you get a recipe for hate.

and of COURSE this article is written by Bondy. KD hurt that little boy's feelings badly the other day.

Anyway...I hope KD read this, and I dare for TNT to call Durant for a post game interview if we win tonight. They don't have the balls.

What you wrote here is pure facts and right on the money. Also, didn't Lebron and the Lakers just try to build a superteam making room for Kawhi to sign there? What home grown team would have competed with that? Why is it Lebron get's a pass, I mean there are people crying about how Lebron was robbed of rings due to Durant going to GSW those years. It's hypocrisy at it's finest.

-3 on the road with them being in desperation mode sounds better then expected. most teams that's a -6.

-Road players typically suck on the road. theirs did in brooklyn. we should expect less from harris/shamet/brown/claxton/blake and more from forbes/tucker/connoughton/lopez/middleton/jrue

HAHAHA laugh out loud funny that this is an actual backpage

The amount of saltiness from Knicks fans/Journo's/Bondy is breathtaking and hilarious.

If the team makes it to the finals, I'll probably be able to survive only from just feeding off the schadenfreude all of them will be going through.:-P

Yep. He went to bed angry as hell over that and woke up the next day wanting to get revenge.

Tonight might be the first time since Atlanta that Budenholzer feels real, genuine job pressure. How the Bucks respond could determine how indispensable the players feel about their coach.

I think they win out of pride, knowing that it's the only way to make it a competitive series. We could see Brook benched, or full court ball pressure, half court traps when Bruce is out of other tweaks. Nash will prepare us adequately, it's up to our guys to band together as they've done all season. Go Brooklyn!

And I do feel like they're certainly going to come out like a house on fire, tonight.

One of the big things I learned about their regular season (as a casual-dumbass), is that apparently Coach Bud had something of a 'fuegarle del poto' mandate to get out of his comfort zone and experiment with different sets & philosophies during the RS in order to avoid another PS flameout.

Anyway, whateva happens, pretty sure we're not just going to have to deal with the home crowd, but to respond to a variety of significant changes & new Bucks strategies tonight.

That said, if we do manage to win though, or at least respond exactingly, maybe just falling short, I have to think you and Proky's opinion of Nash & staff will at least tick a bit skyward since... former times? :P

Hard traps on KD/Kyrie are my biggest fear, for a few reasons:

1) its been effective a few times against us. The first raps game is a good example
2) there is film on how it was effective
3) I dont think nash will adjust at all
4) bucks have the personel/athletes to do it
5) its the only thing i can see swinging the series

I hope they dont do it, bud has proven to be an awful coach, hopefully it stays that way
