You couldn't be more correct. This exact situation happened with Malik and we couldn't look past him to Mitchell once he fell.

So yeah it seems you are right. Also, last year Hali went 12th

Looks like pre-draft workouts have begun.

We had some dudes in, but no one of note.

This picks going to end up in Indiana in a package for Turner

Seeing how young the team already is, I don’t hate that.

yup, and Turner himself just turned 25 in March, so he definitely fits the timeline. He's one year younger than Graham, and two years older than PJ/Miles/Monk

Is Turner injury prone? Or was this a particularly bad season for him?

Really starting to feel like we need to go for Sengun if he is there at 11. I think he could be Al Jefferson with better defense.

He isn't a jump out the gym athlete or guy who measures super long but you can't argue with putting up numbers in a decent league. He is obviously skilled at putting the ball on the floor for one or two dribbles around the basket and getting bunnies. LaMelo would get him the ball in a lot of good post up spots.

Our team has good 3 pt shooting but no real threat near the basket. He could be similar to Sabonis or Jokic without the passing. He looks like he has a solid lower body and that is important for a big to play physical and get rebounds.

Sengun sounds too much like Vernon Carey. I hope Kupchak has his eyes on other players.

Passing on Mitchell (and Adebayo for that matter) was a mistake. Still, goes both ways seeing last year Haliburton was the one who dropped. I remember screaming at the screen watching the Knicks and Suns pass on him.

Im weary of Sengun and Mitchell right now. I really like Scottie Barnes, but see him more as a probably riser than someone who falls to 11.

If they literally won the lottery, I think Id actually want to take Mobley and possibly even Jalen Green over Cade.

If you win the lottery and want Mobley or Green you try to trade down to 2 or 3.

Changed my mind. Please don't trade the pick.

We can use:
Moody
Kuminga
Ziaire Williams
Keon Johnson
Scottie Barnes
Kai Jones

and one of those will definitely be there at 11.

I want one of the defensive athletic "Deandre Hunter" type forwards and this draft lottery is full of them.
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

Just looked up the date for the lottery...it's this Tuesday the 22nd. Man does time fly.

One time...? Again...?

My top 10 players in this draft, not just for Hornets/fit.
1. Cade- really really good player. only red flags are doesn't elevate on shot and not ultra quick.
2. Jalen Green- maybe the highest upside based on athleticism and shooting mechanics
3. Evan Mobley- really high ceiling, a little lower that he will be a 5 at next level
4. Jalen Suggs- Athletically he is a bit freaky, better athlete than Cade but just smaller
5. Scottie Barnes- Has the frame of Giannis
6. Keon Johnson- Ultra athletic, good feel for game
7. Jonathan Kuminga- Could be Aminu
8. Kai Jones- His film is tantalizing
9. James Bouknight- skilled scorer with good size
10. Jalen Johnson- need to do more research on him
Big Board
1. Vontae Mack no matter what!!

Looks like Miles is playing the lottery for us tomorrow night.

If he can top Tae's efforts last year, Miles will ascend to super star status.

Mobley shoots well and I think he has potential to be much better than Ayton so I think he's better than Green

If we draft 1, we take Cade. 2, and draft Mobley. 3, take Green. After that, its anyone's game IMO

I really want Scottie Barnes, I think he is a great compliment to LaMelo and Hayward. It will be our luck that Kuiminga is the one that falls to 11 and we have the tough choice to make
