Young didn’t attempt a single shot vs Simmons and Thybulle in G2 or 3?

For a guy that runs your entire offense, from ball movement and assists, to rebounding, tipping and giving second chances to scoring the damn ball from distance and in paint and you expect him to guard the opponent's point guard? One of the best in the league?

Nah, the racist american media will now find a way to blame Jokic for virtually carrying G-league team to second round on his own, beating a well oiled machine(supposedly) in Portland along the way. Meanwhile Dame is with his crime partner for 7 years, same coach, no pressure, ads and commercials, good reputation... just watch now, they will rip the Joker apart for not being able to beat one of the best teams in the league with Campazzo, sophomore injure MPJ, bang average Gordon and Austin the unemployed Rivers. God damn, yeah, Jokic fault he didn't block CP3 here.

Dame is a victim for playing with healthy teammates, 8 years with CJ, 8 years with the coach, 4 years with Nurkic, but Jokic is carrying Campazzo, Austin, Gordon and MPJ and he is guilty.

He obviously has to contest there no matter who he is. You're pathetic for making this a question of race, wtf man...

I don’t blame Jokic for not playing defense, it’s not really his fault he just has inferior genetics compared to modern NBA players. He will eventually need to join up with a great athlete and winner like Lebron James. I have Booker over Jokic right now as well, now that’s a real MVP. This MVP award has an asterisk imo. Embiid is proving he was the better big. Stop the steal

I mean, if Budenholzer gets canned, is there somebody else better to replace him with?

D'antoni?
Stotts?
Clifford?

Idk but it’s really their only course of action to take right now since they’ve basically locked themselves in with the current core. They can’t really do too much maneuvering with the roster personnel

I don’t see how any coach can fix the flaws of their roster and do any better but oh well

i think they inevitable course of events will be...hire a new coach, make some personnel changes (try to trade cj and/or nurk), it doesn't change much a year from now and dame asks out.

I was talking about the Bucks. The Blazers might have a little more room to improve

Maybe Dame doesn't get any criticism because deep down nobody is expecting anything from him. Can't explain how he is getting pass for 8 straight years of failures now.

I think its more because everyone loves CJ in the media but he's not even better than Derozan. And when thats your second best guy, who is really expecting that much out of Portland. Anytime I hear about a Portland win its because Dame went on some heroic 40pt game.

That perfect storm is going to run into the Knets and get destroyed.

Actually as I think about it, I might have to replace Trae with Jamal Murray

I take SGA over Trae, even right now in the midst of Trae having some playoff moments.

Why?

He's a much better shooter/more efficient scorer at this point, and has significantly more ability on defense.

That's just not correct.

I personally believe in what I saw from SGA this year before his injury. I suppose we can agree to disagree.

Scoring
SGA - 23.7 PPG
Trae - 25.3 PPG

FG%
SGA - 50.8% on 16.1 shots a game
Trae - 43.8% on 17.7 shots a game

3P%
SGA - 41.8% on 4.9 attempts a game
Trae - 34.3% on 6.3 attempts a game

TS%
SGA - 62.3%
Trae - 58.9%

Height/Wingspan
SGA - 6'6" with a 6'11" wingspan
Trae - 6'1" with a 6'2" wingspan
