Like... Harden and now Kyrie down from the SuperNets.
The Clipper fan understands the Book of Exodus better than anyone... what it's like to struggle 40 years in the wilderness... and Genesis.. why Cain went after Abel... So fLakers, look out... we're coming.

Harden was surprising. Kyrie though has never really been that healthy of a player.

Harden also might need to realize that as you get later in age, coming into the season out of shape and not taking your fitness as seriously can become a problem for injuries. He's been an iron man, but one might have to actually work more at it as they get older.

CP goes vegan, walks around and plays a little bit lighter.
Harden bullies his way out of Houston with a Tommy Burger and chili fries in hand and his hammy isn't there for him when it matters.

Unfortunate but not an unreasonable outcome.

I kinda liked it. I don't want any more excuses if we somehow comeback and win the series. We all hear so much about "If porzingis was healthy last year" nonsense.

Each passing game the effect of Mitchell getting smaller. Our guys adjusting, coaching adjusting. He was incredible, than great, today was good. You can predict the trend.

If we come back and win this series I won't give two sh*ts what the excuses or narratives will be

I'm right there with you. I just want to win a title, don't care how it needs to be done as long its done.

2013? Griffin rolled ankle.
2016? CP and Blake out.
2017? Blake out.

Ion wanna hear it. I seen enough injury to last a lifetime and don't nobody grant excuses.

Ima Lebron fan too (well, was until the last year or 2). Nobody cares Kyrie and Love were out in the 2015 finals. It's just another choke job for him in the finals.

Nobody was there for us when we were injured, I'm not there for nobody else. Play who is in front of you.

Clipper fans are the last people on Earth that anyone can whine to about injuries. We went through Livingston's injury. We watched our two best players have season-ending injuries in the same playoff game. End of discussion.

Warriors 1st title in their recent run was aided by Mike Conley's broken face and Tony Allen's hamstring injury.
KD's first title with Warriors was directly related to Kawhi getting hurt and being out for the series.
People will always asterisks Kawhi's Raptors because of the Warriors injuries
Lakers win title last year thanks to a several month rest break which allowed them to be healthier than they would have been under normal conditions.

All you can do is play your opponent and stay as healthy as possible along the way. If you do sustain injuries, hope that you have built and coached your roster well enough that you can trust everyone down the bench.

The problem with "superteams" is that you are putting so many eggs into one basket. An injury happens and then you are scrambling. Brooklyn created this team by signing a guy with an injury history and a guy that was not going to be able to play for a year. So, they get no sympathy. Blake Griffin thought he was going to be able to ride coat tails. Instead, he is going to be under the microscope and scrutinized by the NY media if he doesn't step up.

I'm not going to shed a single tear for those teams with injuries. We have Ibaka out and with him in the lineup we have a much easier time against the Jazz.

The NY media doesn't care about the Nets. It's all Knicks, all the time when it comes to basketball over there. Besides, everyone knows that Blake is a role player at this stage of his career, not a superstar who can be expected to carry a team.

2021 Ibaka out. Not a star player but we could have used him this series and this series probably has a different look with Ibaka playing. We probably win game 1 if Ibaka plays.
