every available coach worth getting hired will want to coach this team (of course, after modest changes in the roster).

TBH, I’d be fine with Barry Alvarez coaching the next one

The amazing thing is some in the game thread were blaming Middleton for this.

Already has defender in the air. Dunk and possibly and 1. It's totally the right play.

I had to do a double take assuming it could only have been DavidDunn putting any blame on Middleton in this situation. The pass was 100% the right play.

I often wonder why must i always be a disappointed sports fan? But serves me right for always rooting for the underdog.

Gonna be missed since we lost and melted down. But how dumb was it for BKN to go away from KD and let Harden start being the lead with like 2 mins left? That's the only thing that got us back in the game and KD still bailed them out with that bonkers 3 after it.

Only thing I could think of is if KD said he was gassed. but with all the timeouts and stuff in the 4th you'd think he wouldn't be out of air type tired (body sore, sure, but with all the dead balls he should've had his breath).

Can't wait to hear JVG shred our inevitably bad Game 6 performance. Then hopefully they hire him.

The people saying the Bucks should have put Giannis on KD are missing the boat. The problem wasn't Khris or Tucker. It was that we were ill equipped to switch that PnR. It was Brook. It was Patty. It didn't matter. We didn't have 5 guys on the floor that could come close to defending KD.

Besides, Giannis and Tucker had 11 fouls between them.

Good luck.

I’m not watching another minute of this team.

Sorry but I don’t get that. I’m as frustrated as anyone but I don’t quit on the team no matter what. I’ll be watching and rooting for them Thursday night and hopefully Saturday night.

Some would argue they mentally quit on their fanbase.

Nobody talks about the malpractice that was Bud tanking several winnable regular season games that cost us home court throughout the playoffs.

improved rebounding for one. I didn't bother looking at the stats. maybe you should.

What do stats say about what was added to his game? Lol

so if someone does something better, that's not improving? It's in the freaking definition:
improve | imˈpro͞ov |
verb
make or become better.

TroyD92 wrote:Brook camped in the corner while Durant was guarding him was peak Bud though. That alone should get Bud fired.

Then Giannis' man just sloughs off him the paint, all while Giannis camps on the perimeter with futility. Giannis needs to be the 5 on offense. That's the best of a bad situation. Many problems just come down to Giannis' shooting ineptitude, insistence on being a perimeter player, and that he's a #1 option in the halfcourt anyway.

You can switch coaches, but whether things are significantly better comes down to if: a. Giannis develops a reliable shot over the d (even Shaq could shoot a turnaround off the glass), b. plays more under control in general, c. the subsequent coach can convince Giannis to acknowledge his weaknesses & play to his strengths. As a bonus it would give a boost is we finally got a good 3+d here & re-established depth. Frankly most of the issue is personnel. I think focusing more on Bud lets Giannis & Lasry off the hook.

We win game 6 and go to Brooklyn for another try.

If KD manages to put 50 again on a adjusted defense and/or J,Green shoots like Ray Allen then good they deserve it.

If Bud does exactly the same crap without different looks at defense and with Jrue not attacking Harden on offense or Giannis not being used in PNRs or in the post and then we can finally kick him out and bring someone else.

This was the Game 3 in Toronto slow motion train wreck that you just couldn’t stop performance. 2 years later, same ****.

Bud. Just go already.

I agree with everyone who says Bud sucks and should go….very true. This team also lacks a cold blooded superstar like Durant who just consistently gets buckets in a variety of ways in the clutch.
