Hoping Jalen actually knows what he's talking about and isn't just guessing.

If you're vaccinated, you shouldn't have to be in protocol. The point of the vaccine is for life to return to normal. Otherwise, every single player in the league should be in protocol due to being in an arena with fans that don't necessarily need to be vaccinated.

The rules here are flawed, not based on science, and clearly can be skirted (see LeBron James). If LeBron is not vaccinated and can be around vaccinated people without getting suspended, then Paul (if vaccinated) can be around whomever he damn well pleases.

I don't know the NBA's policy, but if it's consistent with other policies then the best case scenario is someone close to him got covid, and they need to test him for 3-4 days to give enough time for covid to manifest itself. If he tests negative for 3-4 days we should be good.

Worst case scenario is he gets (or already has) COVID and we are ****. Apparently he hasn't said if vaccinated, which probably means he is not. These guys and their bonehead life decisions.

He said it very definitively. It didn't seem like a guess or that he was hopeful for Paul. It seemed like he was confident that CP3 is in fact vaccinated.

Hopefully Paul doesn't miss any games at all.

Maybe Jalen is wrong and we're ****.

If he is vaccinated....

I'm guessing theres a good chance he would be out for the WCF Game 1 if it starts Sunday.

If Jazz-Clips goes 7 though, I'm thinking he may be able to play for Game 1, which would start Tuesday.

Big if, because we don't know if hes vaccinated or not.

If he isn't... man he could be out the first 4-5 games of the WCF.

If he is vaccinated, I imagine this all started yesterday. So I agree, he'd prob miss game 1. 5 days out. Wed-Sun.

I'm waiting for a statement from Paul or the Suns. I'm wondering if he did not get vaccinated or if it's possible he is having symptoms. I hope it's neither. On the plus side, it's perfect it happened during this gap. Utah, freakin win a game or 2.
