I would do Smart/Timelord for Collins. I feel as if the Hakws will be in a pretty tight spot cap-wise if they have Gallo/Bogdanovic/Trae and Collins on the roster. No idea if they are good enough to compete with htis team, but I think they could use a defender/playmaker.
Good assessment:

Who cares

He’s old, has creaky knees and our offensive creators are now Brown, Tatum and **** Smart.

This roster is putrid. It’s like nobody who works for Boston has any idea what is needed to win in today’s league.

Dude. Kemba sucks.

Kemba is solid but I find it funny to talk about Al's old creeky knees at 35 yet the exact reason the Celtics are trading Kemba is because of his knees.

The franchise is even more stupid than I thought if they trade Rob Williams

The 2021 version of Jeff Teague no doubt.

But yeah don’t worry that title team is coming

Moses is our 16th pick. He's def worth it.

I was just going to say that. If the Celtics had selected Moses brown with pick #16 I would have been delighted. Meanwhile, Kemba will be the perfect tank commander in OKC.

Yes, TT will likely be moved too. But that's good! As for the Timelord, I'm sure he stays, but he's a 15 mpg player right now.

One more thought: OKC just had way too many picks and young guys. I do like that we get a prospect back, because you know they’re just trading him for a roster spot.

Timelord is about as durable as my 92 year old grandma. he's entering the final year of his rookie deal...he is going to be expensive beyond this year and as much as I like Timelord, I am not sold on him being worth the long-term investment. I view Timelord much more as a valuable trade chip to bring something back that can help the team for years to come. remember, it takes something to get something.

There isn’t one player in the league that Kemba can defend.

I think I agree with you. He's super talented but if Moses can replace some of what he brings then I don't really want to give Timelord big money to play 45 games a year. I'm pretty done with injury prone players. If I could use him in a package of like Smart/Timelord/Nesmith + multiple picks for Beal then I do it.

In this imaginary world where Boston is actually acquiring actual talent instead of watching their roster slowly dwindle into a steaming pile of turd plus Tatum and Brown.

I’ll give you a hint as well. Acquiring actual stars in this league requires giving up serious hauls. Not Rob Williams plus mid range first round picks which is all this team can ever offer.

Love it. Getting rid of Kemba is a major addition by subtraction. Damaged goods, no-D even when healthy, non-playmaking point. Brown for 16 is at the very least a wash and could turn out to be a steal. Horford will help stabilize the team and provide some financial flexibility.

I don’t know anything about Moses Brown but he seems like he has very decent stats for his age and size. There must be a downside to him if you give up a kid with that size that easily.

Horford and Moses are better talents than Kemba for this team...

Yeah because just what this team has lacked the last two years in the 3 happy NBA is a 7’2 Centre and a washed up Al Horford.

The lack of genuine talent and shot making with Hayward injured and Kemba broken definitely hasn’t been problematic!

I'm Ecstatic!!!
We got rid of the Horrible Kemba contract.

We get Al Horford back. A Stretch 4/5, who can bring the ball up.
We also get 7'2", 21 yr old.

Last time Kemba was playing he shot 13-41 in 3 games against the Nets in the playoffs and was all nba last team defensive list at the same time. And this was the Celtics #2 guy for Tatum once Brown was hurt...

Kemba is done. Celtics gave him all the rest all the opportunities to do something on the court and no matter what he looked really damn bad out there. When the Celtics were better off with Langford starting once Kemba was hurt for the millionth time, you know he had to be moved.

I highly doubt OKC will make him look decent again to get something out of him. This isn’t Chris Paul here
