Not really. It's pretty close considering Kembas injury issues. But, to each their own.

i'll take 50-60 game a year of Kemba over 70+ of Schroeder, who is simply not a good PG

Eh, maybe. Hoping this offseason clears his knee issues up for the foreseeable future.

I wonder if OKC is willing to trade up now that they have the 16th and 18th. I'd trade them the 11th for sure

Who knows what okc are doing, getting first round picks is cool and all, but eventually you will have to get some players

I'd say they'd be looking for 7-10 range for two mid-firsts. But I'd be keen to trade 11 for 16 and 18 if OKC are down.

Obviously only after the draft lottery IF we don't move into the top 4.

They are going to have to consolidate picks and trade up at some stage soon. You can only have so many roster spots and stashes.

I don’t think 11 for 16 & 18 is too far fetched. Back in 2014, Denver traded 11 for 16, 19, and a 2nd rounder.

Kinda wished we could have gotten in on the Moses Brown action though. I would have flipped 11 for 18 and Brown in a heartbeat

Nic Batum in the conference finals as a starter enrages me

Letng him go for nothing is what enrages me.

He clearly had a lot left in the tank, even if he's playing for another contract.

The craziest thing which could occur (i doubt it though) would be a Clippers - Nets final with Batum vs Griffin at the 5 spot.

Good luck advertising that for the rest of the world, nba.

But there is something to be done with the 3 pointers. It's just becoming totally unwatchable. At least for people like me who enjoyed the Jordan era with balanced offense, even if there was a lot of iso.

Yep. You fix that, of course, by returning the shot to a two-pointer, but regression is hardly a progressive move. The league does need to make an adjustment to the 3-pt line, with the elimination of the corner three. Also adjust the hand-check rule. The league is just too dainty for my taste. Do all that and I might be willing to cough up enough for League Pass.

And Nick Batum was always a head-and-heart player, immensely talented but hard to motivate. I thought he was terribly misused in Charlotte made the worse by the horrible stretch there at the end.

You can get good value trading down sometimes, but I'm usually not a fan of doing that. The better players that fit our scheme and could contribute sooner rather than later such as Moody, Wagner, and Bouknight will be gone by the 16th pick. We'd be drafting players that are more raw like Ziare Williams, Kai Jones, Usman Garuba, etc.

If we don't trade out of the draft to get someone like Turner I'd rather Kupchak stay put at 11 and draft the best available player.

I know we were linked to him but man we could have used PJ Tucker down the stretch

We need grizzled defensive vets with attitude to come in and teach Miles and PJ and LaMelo how to get under one's skin

Glad the Nets are out.

Now the Clippers need to lose.

Anyone else winning would be fine with me.

I'll second this. The thought of Batum getting a ring makes me sick. I'd have much preferred he be glued to our bench for the whole season in retribution for taking the player option.

Blake griffin didn’t deserve to win after how badly he played for Detroit

Yep. Couple of years back the Clips went from my "I'm cool if they win" to "Absolutely not" list.

Just turned 28 but has ACL issues....still a very talented SG that could be insurance if we can package Rozier to move up or for a C.

With LeBron getting old and the other older stars being injury prone, we're seeing a lot more parity in the playoffs now.

This is great news for us. You don't need multiple super stars to compete now.
