Tatum, J. Brown, Smart, Timelord. PP, Nesmith, Langford, Horford, M. Brown. I hope/expect us to resign Fournier.
That's 10 right there.

Out of the rest of the team to fill out the last 5 and the 2 two ways:

Parker - (less than 2.3 mil) should be picked up for his small salary (11th man)
G. Will - (2.617 mil) will be given a third year, but if he doesn't pick it up he will be gone at the deadline. (12th man)
Kornet -with the addition of M. Brown, Kornet will probably be allowed to walk, but may be kept on as insurance policy (13th man)
Semi -should be allowed to walk. Should have been let go last season
Edwards - (1.783 mil) experiment over, needs to be traded into a TPE somewhere so we can sign a vet wing (14th man)
Thompson - (9.721 mil) needs to be traded to bring in a decent vet PG, SG or SF (15th man)
Waters - 2 way end the 6'0 and under experiment. Fill this slot with Madar our 6'3 PG from last year draft and stash
Fall -2 way He may be kept on another year if Kornet is allowed to leave. If Kornet is resigned, then out pick 45 goes here.

You can't bring all those guys back and expect a different result than this year. Out of your bottom guys only Parker should be kept the rest can move on. Trade Langford for a good defensive bench guy. Trade Smart and Fournier in a deal for an upgrade at PG.

Celtics player told Blake Griffin not to come to Boston?

49 mins ago – via Jared Weiss @ The Athletic
According to a source, Brooklyn’s Blake Griffin asked a Celtics player if he should join the team midseason and was told not to come to Boston because of the apparent dysfunction. At season’s end, multiple sources close to the players said several members of the locker room were welcoming a coaching change, noting Stevens did not appear to hold key players accountable, with complaints he was favoring Smart over others.

My guess on the guy who said that to Blake is Tristan. They are of the same age and been knowing each other.

Funny we will never know the truth. So Stevens favored Smart, I wish more of the Celtics played with the intensity of Marcus.

The article also says that Kemba wanted out and that he and Brad didn´t get along so well.

This could be our starting center. Bigger than 6’8 Rob and is healthy. Horford can play his natural 4 position. If we play small ball and put Tatum at the 4, it would be fine as long as we have a legit 7footer at the middle.

Horford is bad at the 4 though. Philly showcased that. When they played him at the 5 he was good. When he played the 4 he was horrible.

My hope is they start Horford/Williams at the 5/4.

Fournier needs to be resigned or sign and traded. We are going to basically have the MLE to play with and probably not good enough to get very good vet min players.

We need guys who can hit shots. I want fournier on team.

I am going to be on the Lonzo train. Defense, size, passing and he would be our 4th scorer. Need to increase or skill.

After the Weiss article I wonder if we try to resign Smart also. If he indeed was Brad´s protegée, he will try to extend his contract. Danny tried to shop Kemba at the deadline but refused to deal Smart when he had the chance. Was it because Brad asked him to keep him?

Stevens has let him get away with so much on the court I'm not shocked. He was the 3rd option all season when in reality he should have been 5th. I get hes a great glue guy but time to move on.

TT for Harrell? Lebron gets his guy and gets rid of a guy LA was barely giving minutes to in the playoffs until injuries hit, he already was getting less than he did with the clips during the reg season.

 I know it won't happen but money works.

Smart is apparently a huge issue. Keeping him at this point would be acknowledging that the only problem this team has was Brad the coach. If you only get rid of Kemba but keep the same principles on this team then Brad is missing the point completely.

My immediate guess as well. The Kardashian NBA players of the same vintage. I do hope and expect Tristan is gone otherwise anyway. (But I expect he's right re: Smart and wouldn't mind seeing either Smart and/or Brown still being traded for the right value.)

My sense (from very, very afar) is that Wyc, Danny and Brad have all been all in on Smart, who has annoyed the Jays, other C's and fans for years.

Favoring a talented but flawed role player over superstars is typical Boston sports.

How many times did Red Sox fans hate any notion of trading Trot Nixon in the 90s? Why? He played hahd. Same thing with Mike Greenwell. Boston is blue collar we like our players to show emotion and if they don't we run them out of town.

Thompson was actually good at times. But the fan base hated him because he was a "Kardashian". I get he wasn't fantastic here but he did fill a need.

Why wouldn't a coach favor Smart? He cares more about winning than the others.
Bye Tristan, we hardly knew ye (if it was you). But I'd bet it was Kemba.

They love Marcus’ defense, intensity, and knack for winning plays. But yeah, they never reined in his offensive nonsense. I always thought it was because they didn’t really have any alternative.

Have never understood, though, the idea that Brad has been around so long he lost the locker room.. The roster has a ton of turnover!

It's all BS. Tatum, Brown and Smart have played for Stevens for years. Why didn't he lose them before? If there was discord, I'm guessing that certain veteran newcomers were unhappy with their minutes and their roles.
