I'm not joking, either. I think a Vuc/Fournier/Doncic lineup would be interesting with some really strong defenders at the 3 and 4.

Why would anyone think you’re joking? Vuc is a damn good player who’s career has been missing an elite player who he could compliment with his skill set.

They replace the ballhandling and playmakers for the PG spot, they get a big win thats dangerous from the perimeter and can drive and the 8th for a developing player.

do we do this?

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yejura4k

Harris+Ross+cole+8th for Simmons?

That a lot of firepower around Embid

As for us we need to draft shooters badly

Fultz, RJ,MCW
Jalen green, RJ ,bacon
Simmons, ,Brazdeikis
JI,Chuma,wagner
WCJ,MO,VET (bruiser)

Disclaimer, i m not a fan of simmons and i dont think he ll fit our team well, i want CADE but i think you tremendously win in talent by doing Harris+Ross+cole+8th for Simmons

You can't deny his talent I'll give you that. However if its a close gane and your star is afraid of even getting the ball because he might get fouled... well thats something else.

I mean sure if our goals are only to show something in the RS and get bounced right away in the POs then why not. Otherwise no way shouldbwe even touch Simmons. We dont have the personnel to make it work.

dont forget, Simmons on a max contract for 4 more years, taking up over 25% of the teams salary cap. for a player that you hope may get you 8-10 ppg and wont be able to be on the court in close games.

People might think I’m joking because I’ve never been a big Vuc fan. Or with some people talking about Porzingis as a bust, it might have been taken as a shot on Vuc being comparable value. That’s why I was clarifying my sincerity.

I wish it would happen. I think it would be hilarious watching people try to come up with excuses in that scenario.

Wasn't he supposed to be at 240 before the injury?

Just realised that Bacon's salary is not guaranteed. Is there any chance at all he is picked up? He was Orlando's leading starter last season, so perhaps in "fairness".

For me, it is a no. I would rather there Magic resign Brazdeikis on Bacon's roster slot.

I would think we will cut him. He doesnt play the right way, he makes no one better. Now that Clifford is gone i dont think his ties are strong enough to stay
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Who's everyone's mock draft for Orlando?

Here's mine for top 5

1) Cade
2) Green
3) Suggs
4) Mobley
5) Kuminga

What a waste of a season if we get the sixth pick and draft Barnes.

Agreed. I would love him with the Chicago pick.

IMO this team (and nearly every team) should focus on scoring and shooting. Until you have elite shooting and scoring on your roster, defense and glue should be an afterthought. Unless we land Cade or Green with our pick, Barnes wouldn't even be on my radar.

I just want one guard that defenses cant go under on a pick and roll. Essentially we need what Markelle was supposed to be.

I still think the Pistons would say no. It’s hard to pass up on a guy you can immediately market like Cade

No **** way they trade Cade. If we’re looking to move up, you call the Rockets. Cause Mobley and Woods might not mesh well. But then again, will Judah and Mobley mesh?

Are you serious? That is way too much. I love RJ and there is no way we give up both lottery picks

    Return to Orlando Magic
