You overvalue Harris he just showed he is not worth his contract and is basically useless when he does not shoot well. Pretty sure Brooklyn regrets giving Harris that contract.

If I were Wolves, I would entertain Edwards for Simmons++. I would need my coaches to tell me their scheme and strategy. How would Simmons be better in MN than Philadelphia?

I would also talk to his buddies Towns and Russell. How happy would they be? Would they put their names on the line what the bro-trio can become. And this part shouldn’t be belittled, it would almost guarantee a Towns re-sign in 3 offseason and in 2 offseasons, Russell re-sign for less to much less than his current max.

Honestly, does it even matter? I don't see this much positive value in a Simmons trade if any at all. Simmons has been exposed, laid bare to the league, with little to no improvement over his career, possible regression and perhaps mental blockages. He is a 30mil + defender with a game that is detrimental to modern functional offenses. He is paid like a player you build around, but you can't or don't want to. Salary filler + a lottery protected pick or a swap of bad contracts like McCollum seems on par. Players who are comparable defenders without offensive concerns, making market or below have struggled to get 2 frps or a pick and an asset. Simmons is worth considerably less than those players with making 30+ million.

Ben is so undervalued right now when for me and for all I think is a matter of a fresh start in a new place for him by restoring some of his lost confidence. And KAT-Ben-Ant would be such a powerful trio. I really hope we try to make a move for him. Even if the cost is Dlo and Beasley.

I think a future lottery protected 1st or two is the best Simmons gets, I would rather have Beasley wouldn't surprise me at all if our FO feels the same. Dude makes 38mil in the last year of his contract... AWFUL!!!!!! Filler (Rubio, Culver and Juancho) + a lottery protected 1st is my best offer.
