I love Ant.

Rachel Nichols asks, “What was the biggest experience you had your rookie year that made an impact on you, and you could use in the future?”

Almost any rookie would talk about a big game, or particularly for Edwards, when he made that tremendous leap in talent. Instead, he didn’t talk about himself.

“I think Ricky Rubio had a great impact on my rookie year — as far as just being a leader, on and off the court, and showing up every day, ready to work, and never taking days off.”

Classy.

And it makes me think that Rosas might try to keep Ricky here for another season.

Rachel asked Ant what's been the most impactful thing/person in his rookie year and Ant mentioned it was Rubio

Dam

As good as we could hope I guess. #7 might not be a great selection for GS.

It is a shame that Minnesota flew up the standings as far as they did, but oh well. Is what it is.

I’m not even mad. This is comical really, afraid Warriors would have secured Jalen Green or Kuminga.
Bolmaro will be good, maybe great for us. No sweat.

Oh well.... The only bright side is GS picks #7. That takes plenty of sting out of this thing.

It's a shame Rosas traded such a lightly protected pick for the ability to upgrade from Wiggins to DLo.

Yeah, either of us are getting to a Top 4-5 pick in this draft, which looks like the most likely franchise players.

Everyone knows I’m not a fan of Russell, but I have little doubt that Wiggins was ever going to do well if he stayed in Minnesota. It gives people (particularly KAT) more hope. That’s worth something. The 7? I don’t know.

Well, not winning the pick means we are free to trade future 1sts, even unprotected if we dare.

But damn, it would have been nice to get a top three pick.

Whoa! If we were number 7, we jumped to #4 slot and that would've given the Warriors the pick! So glad that didn't happened!
