Easy enough win for England. Saka was great, Grealish was good - we were obviously lucky that Southgate was forced by covid to make changes.

He still stuck with Kane the plodder and really should have replaced him. Also stuck with Rice but at least he replaced him with someone a little less invisible during the match.

Well done England.

So much exciting talent, yet so boring...
Sterling is hated all over England, but they really need him.

The style is all down to Southgate. And I think they've already extended his contract.

The moment I saw Dubravka position himself I knew he was going to f*ck it up colossally.

Good for them
UEFA once again proves they are a **** organization.

Germany should have changed the coach 3 years ago, I wasn't expecting too much from this tournament, so in my eyes they play with house money. I root for them now that my team is out.

Foye was right when he said Poland are like Lewandowski and a bunch of Sunday League players. I know they actually have some quality (Zielinski), but I still feel sorry for him more than anyone else there.

I mean some of the players actually play in the premier league or Serie A but Poland has been straight non-existent on defense and basically no threats on offense at all except Lewa. Just poor mediocrity.

Sweden could have walked a couple of those goals in.

This might have been a different story had Lewandowski scored that sitter earlier, though, but can't exactly blame him. He almost dragged them through but it wasn't enough.

Sweden seem to overachieve like this in every tournament, it feels like. They're disciplined and difficult to beat. Not always pretty to watch, but I respect a team that has the mentality to compete.

Well, extra defensive squads by both France and Portugal.
This is just pathetic tbf.

No goal striker Szalai has just signed a new contract with Mainz for another year.

Watch him score a hattrick here…not.

Kind of figured Szalai will score today. He always scores when you have lost all hope that he will ever score again haha

Gündogan / Kroos once again useless.

This game would be much better suited for Goretzka

Musiala for Sane and Goretzka for Gündogan and we are winning this in the second half.

Better hope that Müller is ready for some action.
