I'm happy with this. Like the Kemba move, I was cautiously optimistic from the get-go but the more I think about it, the happier I am. There's nothing more important to the Boston Celtics than ensuring the Jays are happy and this is a slam-dunk in that regard. I also love to see Brad Stevens get on it, he's not wasting any time.

If Brad, Jayson, and Jaylen are all in accord with this move, I’m behind it as the next phase in the development. Really don’t know much about Udoka and didn’t expect this, but I’m looking forward to learning more.

Yep. Still a very, very beautiful woman, but as far as bbal players go I think she'd only have been targeted by prime Delonte West.

What if he isn't able to get them to be less selfish? That's not part of your criteria? While I wanted the Jays to be involved in picking a coach, there is a concern that he won't get on the players, especially the three listed, any more than Brad did.
