Embiid is switching agencies. So depends what he wants. If he wants out. He can force his way out like any star if player.
I don’t think Sixers will willingly trade Embiid. No matter what the offer is.
Simmons is really good in regular season and when the action is high pace. But when the game slows down in the playoffs. He’s a huge negative in a tight ball game. Sixers lost the series due to games 4/5. That was due to blown leads. We literally have to be up big for Simmons to be playable.
The only close game we won was game 6. And guess what? Simmons was in foul trouble most of the game. And in a tight ball games Simmons was substituted out with 6 minutes left in 4th quarter of a 6 point game due to hack a Simmons. And Sixers did fine cause Simmons was out. Due to maxey playing well.
We needed a competent reliable point guard in games 4/5 to close it out. But we didn’t have it. Embiid deserves better.
Hes switching agencies because his agent became the president of the Knicks. Embiid is as loyal as they come. He isnt going anywhere.
