We'll see how the rumor mill rolls till draft time.

Re: 2020-2021 College/Draft Thread 4
Of the prospects I think are worth trading up for before even considering the cost it seems like Bouk and DMitch are the guys that have the potential to be the late lottery 'star' type....tho there may be another two I might add to that list but I'm still looking at them.
Obi and Bouk the Brooklyn boys who win the heart of the whole city away from the 'star' team in their home borough? It seems too perfect of a story which makes me think it may not live up to the dream, more imagination than realization.
The thing about getting a more 'traditional' type SG is it pushes RJ to mostly SF mins and it robs some of his advantage on the floor. That he can guard 2s allows the Knicks to match up with the taller and longer teams \but he is strong so that lets him guard 3s. I suspect they can play next to each other ultimately.
Would you trade both this year's 1sts? And another 1st? Or with a 2nd? Maybe another young player? Hm.... alot to consider.

Ehh? Shyt i would love to get us a M.Smart clone, and i don't say M.Smart lite cause i think this kid can be as good a M.Smart is on defense (at least close) and better on offense.

Re: 2020-2021 College/Draft Thread 4
We really don't need to trade up as the talent level is high. We have a ton of cap space, so adding a few bigger names in FA will allow us to develop 2 picks and perhaps a player overseas.
If we do trade up, I really hope it isn't because we are just heavy on the picks. In other words, I hope the front office doesn't overlook the talent at 19 and 21, not to mention 32. This is not a regular draft, not at 1-4 and definitely not the rest of the first round. Special draft. Just get TRUE value for our picks.
I agree with this guy on Trey Murphy III at 32. I enjoy watching his draft talk in general - very knownledegable, realistic and down Earth.

As with every other prospect, I've just watched his Adam Spinella video breakdown and am now his biggest fan.

I would take McBride at #21. I don't think he will make it to 32.

Every time I watched WV Deuce stood out. I was surprised he was mocked so low. It doesn’t surprise me that he’s gaining some steam
