lol the Wolves "badly" want to add Simmons to Edwards and Kat. They ain't givin up ****, and they don't even have a pick this year.

Does anybody know if any of these sources (either Dame or Minn related) are legitimate?

Chris Haynes about Lillard seems legit. He is Dame's guy and is one of the most connected media members in the NBA.

Wolfs fans are delusional if they think they can get Simmons to pair with his BFF's D'Lo and KAT without trading Edwards.

It would be for a flip for Lillard or Beal.

Also doesn't need to be with the wolves. Could have other teams come in as the third team.

Why would they trade D'Lo? They got him just to appease KAT and he's also BFF's with Ben. The logical thing is to have those 3 together.

I think we're on a crash course with Lillard. Both are going to be somewhat discounted because they are in need of a new location.

Some of the value in a Minny trade would be Rubio as a one year mentor for Maxey, as well as some cheap guys with upside. Two of Reid, McDaniels and Vanderbilt could give us some inexpensive subs with athleticism and upside. Even if Dwight comes back, we'll need another center. Reid is a good fit. McDaniels showed some flashes and Vanderbilt is the kind of hyper, rebounding, above the rim PF it's nice to have on the bench.

I would get Dame, even if we have to sell the farm for him. Our window is 3-4 years max (Embiid´s health) anyway, after that we can rebuild.

Let's hope the Wolves front office is a little more realistic than their fanbase. I've seen offers on the GB of Rubio, and Jaden McDaniels for Ben being thrown around.

But that's a sensible position, because Simmons isn't better than most teams' top players.

If a team were hypothetically trying to trade him to the Sixers, I wouldn't want to give up Embiid, Harris, Curry, or Maxey. Giving up one of those players for Simmons would make the Sixers worse. Likewise these fans of other teams don't want to see their teams get worse.

Two years ago things would've been different, but now people can see him for the player he really is.

Sorry but Ben isn’t going to be traded as or valued as a role player. I don’t care what anyone on here says. If that’s the case he’s here until his contract expires. Morey knows the league and winning is about stars and Simmons is one. That doesn’t mean he has to stay but it does mean if you don’t get equal or close to value for him you could completely hinder your future as far as contending goes
