We wont get Kuminga @8. He is gone by 6. I dont understand all the negative on him. He will have the highest ceiling of anyone on our team as soon as we draft him. We have to take best player available @5, we can get either moody or bouknight at 8.

THIS!

I can understand the sadness of not being able to choose one of the stud guards ( Cade Green Suggs) but Kuminga is clearly heads and shoulders BPA in everything over the Moody, Bouknight and (debatable) Barnes. This is the 5th pick we are talking about. If Kuminga is the one left, take it and run.

We are in a really, really good spot fellas. The narrative can be "it's a 4 player draft" and be wrong. Kuminga was projected 1/2 best player in next year's class before he reclassified. He's a wing with guards and bigs ahead of him. We will be lucky if he even makes it to 5 imo.

We get one of Suggs/Kuminga + a really nice asset in #8 pick, we're sitting pretty,

The lotto result sucked. But im excited about adding 2 top 8 picks in a good draft. We are on a new path with a new coach coming.

The shooting was never his strong suit even when they out him in the top 5. I think he fell because his "rivals" just showed more skills in what the NBA prioritizes more nowadays.

Im going to call it now, i dont think we will be able to get him at 5
Ill predict that either the cavs or raptors will take him before us

That would be a little annoying only because Kuminga is a cleaner fit with our current roster than the better overall prospect that drops to us instead.

If green falls to 4, im praying Weham get on the phone and trade with toronto and as long as they dont give up 8, i dont care what the deal is, just make it happen!

Suggs would be great but it would hurt Cole and Hampton. They all wont get time when kelle returns.

i like Suggs ceiling more than Cole. and im not a believer in Fultz as a solid starter until he gets a consistent outside shot

Same... any if our players getting scared if we have Suggs just shows they dont have what it takes to succeed in this league. But what is actually good for them are their sizes.. they are all interchangeables to be 1 or 2. Cole at 6'3 while the rest are around 6'5

I’ll actually be surprised at this point if he falls past Toronto.

It depends really. Is OG a sf or sg? FVV is their pg or sg? Also, is TOR thinking they can challenge for the ring in 2 years at the most? or more likely a longer reload for 4yrs? Cuz depending on your answers that could mean Suggs or Kuminga.

Stop thinking that somebody who can shoot in empty arena also can shoot in nba.

BEn Simmons in empty arena can rain 3s. Ben Simmons in nba can't make 10 out of 13 FTs.
