Starting to understand why Havertz cost all that money. Germany has no goal scoring threat outside him though.

Its the flaw of this 3 CB formation. Not enough threat from the outside. Takes too much time until the LB and RB are in position on the wings

Maybe Saka was Southgate's attempt at looking like a genius, but even considering his decent performance against the Czechs, it still looks stupid when you look at the options on the bench.

I know England are now leading but McManaman was correct, their bench 11 is better than the one they started. Sancho and Foden should be starting every match. Probably Mount too.
