It wouldn't be unfair to blame him for playing poorly now, but again - Paul is way past his best and he shouldn't have as big role as he has. Maybe something is wrong with his approach, but I wouldn't be so sure.
Well, I don't think he's a choker or anything but he's definitely a tad overrated. I think he's a great #2 or 1b, and as a solo act he can do what he did with OKC last year. His impact is tremendous but blowing two 3-1 leads is not gonna be a good look for him no matter what context one wants to use especially with no Kawhi.
Again, he’s way past his best. His impact is no longer tremendous.
And a #2 what, to who? In prime he’s gonna better offensively than damn near everybody.
