You just can't put in a box this type of talent. IF he ever gets "called up", I really really hope he gets freedom in all aspects

If he does get called up, can you see him going against big guys like Lashley and McIntyre? Going against Kross is a good test for that.

I honestly can't ever see him being booked to beat a guy like Lashley or McIntyre clean. There's always gonna be some type of shenanigans.

And that could be fine - as long as he's the heel - and has a faction behind him.

Cole has been a favorite of mines for years now. He's the best in the business right now in terms of an overall package. If he wasn't so small he'd easily take the main stage by the "brass ring"

Honestly? He has a deep arsenal of offense, abundant moveset that I think he can. He has a finisher that can be used against any opponent. No way he'll be using Panama Sunrise on the above-mentioned though

What's great with Cole character-wise, he can be a believable heel champ with all those tactics. As a baby face, he can play an underdog as well and you can't help but sympathize and wait for him to get that eventual victory after a series of pummeling. He'll look good whether he wins or losses, he's that good

Exactly. He'd be receiving at least what Seth has accomplished on the main roster I think

Charismatic, marketable, fantastic on the microphone, skilled in ring with a varied enough skillset to use on anyone, great as heel or face, he's a modern day HBK if used correctly. Everything about the guy is elite level except his size. Comes with a ready made chant that has potential to hit in ANY arena and he hasn't gotten stale with any of his act no matter how many times he's re-produced it in various companies. The man came fresh off an epic title run into a program with a fan (Pat McAfee) and got all parties involved over. Never a dull feud regardless of which side he plays. Versatility and variety across the board. Cole could be the face of this company if he we're larger.

Anybody watch Takeover? Card was excellent.

3x3 match for tag and NA titles was very good.

Raquel/Moon was good, not great.

I liked the ladder match, but think Grimes would have been better to go over.

Main event was excellent- with that level of talent, how can it not be? I felt all guys had some memorable moments/runs, which is what you need in a 5 way match.

Takeover events just killing regular roster PPVs at this point.

Walter needs to be the guy to beat Kross, at SummerSlam weekend maybe. Champion vs Champion Winner Take All. Easy booking.

Kross needs a match (or series of matches) like that to improve his skills and show what he's capable of. Btw, what a great match last night with O'Reilly vs Cole.
Spoiler:
I wish Kyle could have won but understand why they had Cole win it. Just hated him saying I told you so to Kyle after the win, because art immitates life in this case.

Great match but I can't tell if Cole should be a face or the crowd is turning against KOR, was I mishearing it or were those "you still suck" chants for the latter? They should just pull the trigger on turning Cole face vs Kross, it's been long enough and if Cole has a main roster future it's likely as face.

Would like to see Ciampa and Thatcher as tag champs

If Joe is cleared, him vs Kross at the next PPV? :o Would be sick. Speaking of, when Kross said there was 3 things he dreams about in the morning I really wanted him to mention Scarlett

The Becky comps are easy to make but this new girl Gigi Dolin seems like an obvious main roster candidate at first impression. And Mandy in some sort of manager role in NXT?

Not really into the Knight Grimes stuff. Knight's schtick feels very calculated attempt at the rich guy punchable heel role to me. The spelling out the name has made me cringe from the start.

Sad times for NXT ahead since HHH has no say on what's going on anymore. Cole should definitely split.

Knight is a solid performer in every way, but he just seems so generic - I have a hard time getting interested in his character.
