I still like our chances for a sweep.

Why just decide you're going to concede a game against the Cubs which could have made it a 6-game advantage instead of 4? This is 5 days after Burnes' last start. No reason to stick to the 6-man rotation in this case. Arrieta pitched on the same day as Burnes.

Re: Brewers/Cubs Series
Jose Laboton hurt his shoulder by trying to avoid Hader, who missed the bag and slid/dove awkwardly to tag it, in the last out last night. I guess he's trying to avoid stepping on Hader there for his own safety, but stinks for him that Hader's misstep made him hurt his shoulder, now he's out two months.
He makes me not hate the Cubs as much. Not the same thing, but reminds me of when Bears DL and good guy Tommie Harris held up Rodgers on a play where Rodgers' leg could have been seriously injured.

I wonder if Ashby can make it to his next start or if they send him back down.

Good Giannis news and the Brewers taking the lead at the same time. Good day.

I'm not sure if he was expected to be a starter going forward. If he stays up, he probably was going to be an opener/relief guy a bit anyways. So maybe he stays up and pitches some lower leverage games and then works his way back into opener/starts some games/higher leverage? I don't know.

Put on my rally cap in the 1st. Feel responsible for this. Throwing up the “W” sign to all Cubs fans. We all deserve it. Go Brewers?
