Happy that Giannis didnt get a major injury, but rushing him back too soon opens it up for a big risk

And on top of that, if Giannis plays he’s gonna be extremely limited without his explosiveness

Would be smart to just keep him out and not risk any long term damage

Embiid hyperextended his knee and was out for about 1.5-2 weeks in the regular season. First game back he played almost 30 min and had a solid game. If they make it to a game 7, I think Giannis could possibly play and be effective

If there’s a game 7, it’s gonna be just 5 days from now

And there’s also a difference in the sense that Embiids game isn’t as reliant on athleticism as Giannis is

If your team has to depend on Ms Khris Middleton to win big for you, your team is doomed...
Jrue is Jekyll and Hyde his way to the point, as a Bucks' fan, you just have to pray for Jrue suddenly being a leader to lead your team to the promise land... Bud is not going to help, I've never seen such an uninspiring coach as him, you'd pray he is going to be absent for a couple of games for Bucks to have a chance...

Hawks in 6!

At this point we're gonna ask Harry the Hawk and Bango the Buck to suit up in the starting lineups.

There's actually a remote possibility that Giannis returns before Young and Capela do.

I wont do it at all. He might do more damage to that knee that is going to screw him for the rest of his life. Even if he has the determination to get back there, one mistake out there and he is going to put his playing career on the line. Not worth the price at all.

Everybody here too young to remember Willis Reed.

Back when men were men and played the game in short shorts.

I’d sit him until game four of the Finals if they make it that far. Even then that’s a decision that begins and ends with Bucks ownership and Giannis, it’s a big call. Similar to Embiids recent situation.

Just be glad he didn’t tear anything, the best possible case has happened, he’ll be good for next season.

Bucks in 6... You all are going to see how good Bobby Portis really is. I expect him to average 48/15/8 the next two games

0% chance Giannis plays again in these playoffs. Trae Young might be back in this series.

I just like that people are noticing how good he is. He paid lethalshooter on Instagram for shooting lessons and it's contributed to his good season.

I hate to see it.
The series will still be competitive.

Atlanta might be able to advance without TRAE. Watching the end of the game, it looks like the Hawks are deep. The guys on the bottom of their depth chart looked good last night( Brandon Knight, Skyler Mays, Reddish, Fernando, Snell, Okwonghu and Khris Dunn. I believe the Hawks are really deep down to their 15th man on the roster, their reserves/bench are close to the talent of the starters. Part of them looking good last night could be the Bucks devasted by losing Giannis for the rest of the series, But I think the hawks showed througout the year their team is total team effort all 15 guys. If a game is competitive to the end, They won't play 10+ players but when games are a blowout toward the end, these guys at the end of the bench can play when they come in.
