Here I was thinking the Lakers and Nets would be hurting over the missed opportunity. Bucks have it worst losing Giannis. Shows the rest shouldn't get cocky as there's no guarantee. Phoenix especially need to close out the Clippers asap because I think we'll continue seeing these injuries till the last day of the season. If you followed the MVP race you'll recall how cursed it felt.

He should be able to suck it up and provide quality back up big minutes.

David Fizdale is only an assistant coach, after all.

Well, according to recent media reports, turns out that the relationship between Marc and Fizdale is fine and they've smoothed things over, which is great.

Maybe Fizdale can bring some of those Miami era pace and space philosophy to the Lakers.

I don't know why the **** he's doing this lmao. He doesn't need to suck Kevin Durant's dick so vigorously lmao he's rich and is/was great at what he did.

does he have love as good as draymond too?, Tristán Thompson as good as klay?, JR Smith as good as iguodala even?

also, not to be salty but is fun to see fanbases that **** on 2020 ring now be preenptively defending the legitness of these playoffs

I almost vomitted at the thought of Kawhi sneaking into the finals to snatch Fmvp. Hes such a conniving opportunist he doesnt have a big fanbase but i wonder how he has any fans at all. Hes such a slimeball off the court but b/c he has no social media presence and is quiet its like no one cares

How does being quiet and no social media make someone a slime ball? Would you rather him go on there and be whiny and insecure like KD, or start racist political drama like Lebron? You don't usually say crazy things, but that's an asinine thing to say considering how the other player act.

Edit: I might have misread this, but I'd still like to know what makes him a slimeball relative to other NBA players?

Lakers ran through everybody last year in dominant fashion other than in games 1 of the first two rounds, giving up leads in garbage time, when every game was played in a neutral environment with zero travel for all teams, no home court but all we heard about was asterisk this and asterisk that but nothing at all about that this year.

If the Suns win the title this season, then it can be said that the last 10 times Lebron has made the playoffs he has either won the championship or lost to the eventual champion. The last time Lebron appeared in a postseason and the title did not travel through him was 2010 when the Cavs lost to Boston, and that Celtic team lost a contested game 7 in the finals

For the same amount Reggie for sure. He at least can play off-ball because of his 3 point shooting and still provides the same level of ball-handling/creation. Defense might not be as strong though. But both players are going to get overpaid so I'd steer clear in general.

lebron in a 5 out offense may still be able to carry the offense with some davis help imo, no need to overpay for a point guard scorer and better get a shooter who is not a defensive liability

i get that not having a player like that is dangerous depth wise but playoffs rotations are the priority

Reggie

Better overall shot creator and a much much deadlier shooter from 3

This is actually a more impressive fact than the finals appearance stat on its own. Was either winning or coming 2nd only to the eventual winners. Not something one should brag about but a decent consolation when paired with 4 rings.

Some Lebron critic is also reading this raging that you found a way to make it about Lebron. I hope he sees the stat and brags about it on his twitter. Pretty funny when he brags because you know it's going to ruin someone's day.

I think he still holds value as a dynamic 6th man who can pressure full court. He was brought in to be a young 6th man improvement to Rondo. Then his demands forced him into the starting unit.

If he can be had at a reasonable price, and he is played in the proper role, he still holds value.

I haven’t seen anyone make this comparison yet, but Schroder IS basically a very poor man’s Rondo back in his prime: same frame, gets all of his buckets inside, can’t shoot, low IQ, not as good a defender, and not even close to being the playmaker he is.
