Game 1 on Tuesday? Did that just change? I thought it was on Thursday regardless of whether the ECF went 6 or 7.

I wonder if Giannis can be back by 3 or 4.

Would love to see the Bucks win but without a healthy Giannis it's going to be very tough. Either way good to see a brand new winner.

Suns do have wings that can bother Giannis presuming he would play 100%

They can definitely match Bucks size. Middleton will have another big series.

Suns in 5 or 6.

Suns in 5. No Giannis no problem.

Suns the favorite in the series. Chris Paul the favorite to win FMVP:

Series odds (approximate):

Suns - 160; Bucks +140
[Bet $160 to win $100 if Suns win; bet $100 to win $140 if Bucks win]

Final MVP odds:

Paul +150
Giannis +200
Booker +275
Middleton +800
Ayton +1800
Holiday +2200

Bucks are going to have a tough decision to make with Giannis. It's not unlike Durant in 2019. If Giannis is physically capable of going at all, he's going to want to go. It's a championship on the line. But if his knee is weakened from this hyperextension, if it could make the knee more vulnerable to a more serious injury, like an ACL, do you risk it? Do you potentially sacrifice a championship for your star's long-term health, or do you risk that health for the championship? They could face criticism either way. There's no easy choice here.

Bucks are way more experienced. I think they want it more, and I always question young teams in these type of moments (OKC v Heat). I know the young Suns have been playing very pioised, but this is the finals. How are Booker, Cam, Bridges, going to to perform with the whole basketball world watching? Bucks experience and grittyness is certainly an edge here

Even without Giannis I think Bucks can take some games. They have the size to go at Ayton, out rebound the Suns, and Jrue and Middleton on Paul/Booker is going to be nice.

Bucks in 6, but I wouldn't be shocked if it was PHX in 6

He was on track to play vs the Hawks if it went 7. I wouldnt be surprised if hes ready for game 1, game 2 at the latest.

Outside of CP3 & Crowder, Suns are very much on the young/inexperienced side. You rarely see teams like win so early in their tenure.

On the flip side, all the key Bucks players are either vets or in their prime.

I don’t dislike either team but I can’t stand Chris Paul or Bobby Portis.

I can’t see them winning but I guess I’ll have to support the Bucks just in the hope we don’t have to hear the Lakers fans talk about how they lost to the eventual champs to justify their 1st round loss

My initial prediction is Suns in 5.

Depends on Giannis and how healthy he is tho.

Suns in 7 . I just think Giannis wont be even 80% if he returns. On that basis CP3 is the best player in the series
