A +1 height to wingspan is not good, though. That's t-rex arm dimensions.

His standing reach is the same as Ingram. Simmons has a higher vertical than Ingram

Who cares about standing reach for non-Cs? Ben Simmons plays out on the perimeter defensively. His short arms are why he's such a poor finisher in traffic that relies on jumphooks and the likes.

My bad on the wingspan and Ben’s length. That one i overlook.

The problem with our team is we dont have the strength of both big line-up and small line-up. While we have the weaknesses of both.

In big line-ups, these team spam alley-oops and paint baskets on halfcourt while attack ORebs to punish small line-ups.

Example:
Pels AD/Boogie
Grizzlies Zbo/Gasol
Bucks Giannis/Brolo
Lakers bubble AD/D12 or McGee
Hawks Collins/Capela

In small line-ups, these team are better in defending PnR with a center who can switch and step-up, spam pick and rolls and spam 3pt shots.

Against the Hawks series, Hawks naturally plays a small ball type game but they also can play big line-up with Collins and Capela attacking ORebs and spaming alley-oops. This is why they became bad match-ups for us.

Generally, Hawks can generate higher quality looks and take higher points per shot while we can make it up by trying to bully ball our way against them. Nate also did a nice counter with his big unit of Galo-Collins-Capela down the stretch, to pretty much nail us in our coffin.

Embiid does not switch and step out a lot on PnR. Biid also can’t play bully ball with Ben clogging the paint. And if Biid plays bully ball, refs will swallow their whistles. Embiid will not get call for fouls and turn the ball over. And playing bully ball also hurts his knee and stamina.

Ben and Tobi are both soft in the paint and plays more like a guard or a SF. Collins and Gallinari plays bigger than those two.

We have both the weaknesses of a big line-up and a small line-up, and this one of the MANY reasons why we keep losing.

Ben likes to play fast, but he can’t run pick and roll.
Biid likes to play slow, but he can’t bullyball.
