Have you guys heard this yet?

In the first 10 minutes, this dude purports some serious allegations at the Nets organization. After looking into it a bit, sounds like he is an investigative journalist who at one point was in pretty tight with them -- and yes, he has a book to sell, but still.

Yeah, that's not a great look for the organization. I would assume much of the league will be up in arms about the cap circumventing stuff.

I think the nba loves having a super team in new york, and will happily look the other way.

Just waking up to this story. None of it surprises me from ESPN. This is why Bill Simmons got the heck out. Knife fights everywhere and terrible management.

Terrible management is why there are knife fights everywhere. Well run organizations don't have knife fights, because those that start them get kicked the **** to the curb.

This one about Kerr and KD killed me

Did you really just post a lineup with the starting 2 guard being JR Smith?

Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

So KD is basically a guy that hoops, smokes weed and looks at his phone all day.
What's his difference from a 17 year old...

I wish the TBT tournament happened twice a year. It’s a genuinely good basketball product. I really enjoy checking out the rosters each year and seeing who they can land.

One of the most amazing things is the medias ability to make CP3 a likable guy. So many people want him to win and I swear he has been one of the most unlikeable players as long as I can remember. But his campaign to win in his 15th year has been the perfect swing for the media to push.

I'm confused why the NBA decided to play Game 1 two days after the ECF ended, with Game 2 two days later...followed by 3 day gaps between the remaining games. Almost seems like the NBA rushed in order for Paul to have a Giannis-less first couple of games and plenty of recovery time for the remainder of the series. Wouldn't it have made more sense to schedule the finals the same way the rest of the playoffs have gone? Game 1, one day break, Game 2, two day break, Game 3, one day break, Game 4.

The ECF was completely rushed compared to every other playoff series this post season. The only series where teams weren't given an extra day of rest after the first two games + travel.

Conspiracy hat on.

Casual basketball fans know him as the nice guy from the insurance commercials that has always had such bad luck. It would be a real nice feel good story if something great finally happened to him for a change, gosh darn it. He deserves it!

hahahahaha wow! Did you talk with him at all?

I got way excited when I saw this...then a little less so when I remembered how he dragged Milwaukee at the GS victory parade...and then I made the huge mistake of checking out his twitter to see what he was up to :banghead:  . Don't meet you heroes, I suppose -- though I hope you got to enjoy it

Nah I just said hey Andrew, Bucks fan, can I take your photo, he said yeah sure and then disappeared into the kitchen.
He's a local boy and a friend of the owner, I guess he was after some grub. Ι could hear them before at their table next to me they were talking hoops (local).

It was past lunch time and most people were gone, I looked in the parking lot and it was just a couple of vans
