Okeke and Anthony offseason workouts

Okeke has spent a lot of time in Orlando this offseason already. The Magic posted this video of some of his workouts at the AdventHealth Practice Facility:

These are pretty well-curated. But the Magic know Okeke will be a strong worker. And after a solid rookie season, Okeke can still grow by leaps and bounds.
Especially after he regains full health following his first year back from a torn ACL.

Anthony is doing much of the same with his work. He has bounced around Orlando, Miami and New York City during his offseason.
But it is clear he is putting in his work to get a lot better as he showed in this video produced by Moving Pictures.

Again, take all of these with some grains of salt. They are showing off the best of their work.

But there is no reason to think these guys are not putting their work in. And there is plenty of video evidence from them all that they are doing that work.

We can see a lot of it with our own eyes.

So everyone is now on early muscle watch as players get ready for the rest of the offseason, Summer League and training camp in September.

Cole got that superstar swagger. One thing that surprised me last year is how **** high he can jump.

You never saw his high school dunk videos/competition? That was one reason he was atop-5 recruit for the college game

Okeke should develop as a number 1 scorer. Very talented all around game. Has every shot in the Arsenal.

I mean... he lived in New York City for most of his life. Not super surprising he has a fondness for his city.

Wouldn't automatically assume he wants to go there and even if he does, it won't be for a very long time if he ends up good.

I tend to share the JJ Redick opinion on workout videos: they don't mean **** to me. I've seen too many workout videos from our young guys since 2012; too many offseason, post-weight room photos, and not rarely ever the teased reward on the court during the season.

I don't doubt this, but where did you hear about it?

Just a hypothesis based off his desire to train in those places as opposed to Orlando. Will see what happens down the road.
