Why are you assuming they are rushing him?

Yikes. I hope the Bucks know what they're doing.

Championship on the line against a very beatable team. If he's feeling good enough to make a difference, you gotta roll the dice imo.

Agreed. Suns are the worst team to make the finals in the last 20 years. Cakewalk for the Bucks.

The right call... it's the NBA finals and the Bucks haven't been here for 50 years
Without Giannis they cannot win the series
Even if he hurts his knee worse it's worth the gamble IMO

No Giannis, Suns in 5.
Think Ayton is 5-2 in his career against Giannis. Hope Giannis is healthy tbh. Think it would be a great series with Suns in 6.

While Giannis is playing he won't be close to 100%. We'll see how things unfold.

I would have waited for game 3 and hope the Bucks steal one of the first 2 games in Phoenix. Seems risky but what do I know. I'm no doctor.

I mean it was a serious injury and he was just doubtful last night. But if he had a miraculous healing in less than 24 hours then by all means, bring him back I guess.

Zero chance Giannis is even close to 100%. They’re rushing him back. Not smart imo.

Even if he plays the entire game, no way he’s going to be as effective as he usually is. Suns will likely even target him in the PnR.

Never in doubt. No way they would have let him run around on the sidelines against Atlanta if he wasn’t good to go.

It's the finals, the Bucks first time there in 50 years. I suppose if there's any instance in which the risk vs reward argument becomes moreso important, it's now. Giannis will be desperate to play, so if the organisation thinks he's going to be a positive asset on the court, who are we to argue?

How about people see how Giannis looks before weeping for his future?

In all honesty, Giannis was probably pumped with enough painkillers to bring down a bull elephant.

the Bucks are nuts if they play Giannis in game 1. This will not end well.
