I actually do think Jrue is still an upgrade to Bledsoe. Still love to use the meme.

It is very easy to engage in 20/20 hindsight. That said Bobby Portis is a very good rebounder. He played about 6 minutes. Wonder if his energy might have helped late?

This looks like another series where the Bucks don't belong... Which means that the Suns need to be careful next game because frustration causes some lesser disciplined teams to seek out cheap shots to try and give themselves a fighting chance...

LOL, that’s the typical NBA fan, especially on RealGm. Like after game 1 when I showed that Mika cleanly stripped Jrue, even posted pics proving it true, Bucks fans were still in denial.

The Bucks do have a good chance of winning both home games to make it 2-2. But I can also see Phoenix stealing one.

ESPN is half mast and readying all the Giannis to [Big Market] stories to saturate their network all summer. ESPN is terrible.

Phoenix could stand to get a few more free throw attempts in game 3

Just want to add that after game 1, some folks were excusing the Bucks by pointing at the FT disparity. Game 2 saw nearly the exact disparity, but this time for Milwakee, and yet we got almost an identical final score.

I feel bad for the Bucks cause they were right there, but when a team makes 20-40 threes it’s really hard to win, especially when you’re wasting so many free throws

At the start of the game it looked like a different Bucks team, the intensity finally matched the moment but it was a really strange quarter with one team forcing it inside as the other just spammed 3’s

As much as the Bucks played better in the first quarter they look up and only lead by 3, I think that affected them heading into the 2nd quarter which is the one that lost them the game.

As great as Giannis played, he needs to stop taking 3’s, there’s a reason they’re leaving you open out there.

The Bucks offense still looks confused, I think they’ll play a lot better back home and it wouldn’t surprise me if the Suns go cold from 3 and lose in a blowout game 3 or 4.

It’s going to be really tough to beat this team 4 out of 5 times the way they’re playing right now, the Bucks are heading home at the right time cause if game 3 was in Phoenix I could see them going down 0-3

Whilst I thought both games have been fairly reffed for the most part, there were a handful of calls/non-calls that favoured the Suns in this game, like Paul pushing Holiday into Booker and Payne running into Lopez to prevent him from contesting on defense.

The Bucks continued to miss a bunch of baskets around the rim, they need to stop bringing the ball down when they grab an offensive rebound.

Right now the Suns look a step faster getting to the loose balls and they run their offense with much more purpose and confidence.

Bridges was huge while Middleton was disappointing.

Who can step up for the Bucks in game 3? I think they’re going to need a big night from someone other than Giannis or the Suns to go cold from 3

To be fair, almost half their shot attempts were from 3 and another quarter or so were poorly contested mid range shots. I don’t think they were robbed of any free throw attempts, but they weren’t going inside enough or challenged enough to get them

The intentional fouls helped get their FTA up, but they were making shots from outside and weren't really getting fouled. 80% of Milwaukee's FTA's were from Giannis, soo...

Bucks cleaned some things up, but if the Suns hit 50% in a game this series from three on more than like 20 attempts, the Suns are going to win that game. As they did tonight.

But for the threes allowed, Bucks played well. But the threes allowed is probably the biggest overall weakness of the team, and has been for awhile.

Suns have outplayed the bucks so far. Midds and jrue just need to be better.

Some of the ref frustration in game 1 is on the booker flailing and Paul flops but overall the refs have been really good.

People who haven't been following the Suns this year don't even know that they're just as good on the road. Scary machine on both ends of the floor. Bucks will win one in Milwaukee but the Suns will finish them back home in PHX. They're not repeating the LAC GM 5 mistake again.
