Here is my favorite Ben trade:

Simmons to MIN

Edwards & Rubio to OKC

SGA & Brasley to PHI

Any trade that sends out Simmons for SGA is a homerun. Not sure how OKC fans and the rest of the FO would feel about trading him though. Edwards might be the only piece that makes sense in exchange for him.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Grimes/Edgecombe/Gordon
Oubre/Edwards
George/Watford/Barlow
Embiid/Bona/Drummond/Broome

OKC is needs to start a multi year tank job and SGA wont be happy with that. He wants the full max this summer too.

Then trade Tobi and all assets for Fox.

Maybe something like..

Tobi and Maxey for Love and Sexton

Then Sexton, Dosunmu (28th pick)& 2022nd 1st for Fox.

Fox, SGA and Biid should get it done.

If I have SGA i have no interest in Fox. Fox loses so much value without the ball in his hands and I want the ball in SGAs hands as he is the better shooter and finisher and decision maker. Hes just way better overall.

I would do Tobias for CJ in that scenario or just keep him tbh. I think SGA is the future at PG. I developed a crush on him since he took Kentucky on that late season run in his year over there.

Besides dont want to trade any future picks if we are keeping Embiid. They are our insurance policy against his injury. Also its moot since Sacramento isnt trading Fox for Tobias on an albatross contract plus picks and our other bad assets.

I dont mind Tobi for CJ.

I just dont think SGA would be enough to carry the perimeter offense. He needs another perimeter scorer. CJ then would be OK.

Harris + Thybulle + Milton + our 1st

Ingram + Bledsoe

Hear me out. A 23 yr old long SF/PF basically a 24/4/4 Discount KD with his prime coming up, Reports are he’s on the outer, Pelicans is a hard FA spot to keep anyone. We take the Bledsoe contract but we got the best player out of the deal.

So we get rid of our worst contract for a a slight overpay and way shorter. Bledsoe has the exact same splits in the playoffs last year as Holiday right now. Bucks maxed him out, we are getting that production at half price. Yep yep!

For Ingram he’s at 18 FGA per game. Here it’ll get bumped to 20. You’re looking a 25/5/5 guy in the East with nothing but positives from here on out. Isn’t the most durable but man getting to watch our own version of KD is light at the end of the tunnel. Perennial All Star for our division.

Fits the timeline age wise and it really is now two rocks in one hand (Embiid/Ingram) which is better then none for the potential disaster scenario down the line.

They get a very durable scorer, an elite defender which they desperately need and a 6th man on a value bound contract.

Win win on market needs and wants.

I like this deal.

Bledsoe has a non guarantee next year. Hill will probably get flipped for a pick we can do the same next year.

Bledsoe
Maxey
Ingram
Simmons
Embiid

6th: Curry

Not that bad to me. Everyone will say we are even worse at the 3ball. It’s alright ladies and gents think long term always. Worse comes worst move Curry to the starting lineup for Maxey. Done. Easy (Morey is a gangsta on that deal!)

Ingram has lowered, Bledsoe is very low. Solid buys.

Next move after is to pump up Ben’s value as much as possible, sneaky Embiid rest? Good run Ben small ball center/roll men

As Wolf of Wolf Street goes gotta pump those numbers those are rookie numbers in this racquet. 18/8/8 stuff

Then boom go to town and ship him of.

Love it. Better than the only SGA one I proposed. The only issue is have 4 max contracts in the 22-23 season when SGA's max kicks in.

I think we can keep Green on $10 mil per year contract if we waive Hill.

I guess no one likes Ingram then. Man getting him with Embiid and Ben as the trio is $$$$$$$.

Nah I like Ingram just think your not viewing the trade from the Pelicans angle. Ingram is younger, is better, cheaper and under contract longer than Tobias.

They wont sell a positive asset for a negative asset imo.

Also dont think the fit of another ball stopper is that great tbh but I would be trading Simmons anyways.

I’d love to turn Harris into two defensive forwards on shorter contracts, but I don’t see a lot of those deals out there.

Harris for Anderson + Winslow?

I'd rather go all out on offense. Either keep Tobais or replace him with two good offensive forwards (which is hard to do).

Agreed. The trade was sound in principle at the time. It just didn't work out. Bridges is already at least at his 95th percentile of possible outcomes.

It's going to be interesting if the Suns win. Sarver is notoriously cheap; and he's going to have Paul, Ayton, and Bridges pounding the door wanting unlimited access to his vault. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 340M in total dollars. I remember Mickey Arison cutting some corners during the Heatles era, other than that owners of championship teams are usually pressured to pay.

76ers and Minnesota are so compatible.

Minnesota is loaded with athletics like Okogie, layman , Culver.. gulmez as a stretch 5. Towns and Russel are perfect compliments for Ben.

I want in return Edwards, Rubio , Beasley and Naz Reid for Simmons and Hill.

76ers get a potential star in Edwards. A stop gap starting PG in Rubio. Beasley is a solid guard to compliment what we have. Naz Reid solidifies back up Center.

Rubio/ Maxey
Curry / Beasley/ Joe
Edwards / Thybulle / Shake
Tobias / Reed / 28 th
Embiid / Reid

I really dislike MInnesota as a trade partner

Edwards isn't a good enough creator to be a primary perimeter option. Beasley is an awful human being. Reid doesn't do enough things you want your bigman to do (rebound, defend in space). The only piece in the package I sorta like is Rubio.
