Of note, Vladdy and Fernando Tatis are tied with Johnny Bench for the most HR before the all star break for anyone 22 or younger.

Win this series. Then a week for the all star break. Then the Rangers.

You could be doing this thread all month Schad.

Masai is overrated.
I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.

Seriously folks if it's three hours before game time and the last thread-starter lost and you're wondering whether you should start a series thread, just remember that you could be dooming yourself to a month or more of appallingly low-effort game threads because I had to step in.

Watching Grichuk work the count for his pitch is always a highlight....

It's time to trade for Nelson Cruz and move Grichuk down to 7 in the order.

Not sure how their pitcher earned that call. Kind of a ridiculous bail out actually

Manoah is the real deal baby!

Huge series against Tampa. A sweep here would be nice.

If you’re talking about strike 3 to Grichuk, he gave the exact same pitch to Manoah for strike 3 earlier. I’m ok with consistency.

Always good to get scored on by fake hit by pitches and bloopers. Looking like the start of a classic Rays/Jays series.

They won't do it. They want Jansen up here (for reasons that are unclear to me) and they won't DFA Reese.

It's baffling that Kirk isn't on this team right now. He's the best of the 3 catchers, and would be an upgrade most nights at DH.

Please trade for Josh Donaldson. Or any actual 3B really.

There’s zero reason Biggio should be starting tonight against a lefty.

Buck talking at length at how in control Manoah is tonight, just as he walks his 3rd batter in 3-2/3 IP.
