Thybulle as he is cannot be a primary wing stopper tho.

his main gift is surprising teams with chaos.

If to Pelicans, get Ingram and Walker back. If Sacramento, get Fox and Wright back.

If it brings back Fox or Ingram then yeah, it has to be considered.

I’d take NAW and Ingram for Ben + Thybulle and our 1st and wouldn’t look back. Pels move Ben to a third team in a package of picks and players from the Wolves side it seems realistic. Ingram’s on the outer time to jump on.

Is Ingram even on the market tho?

You constantly bring up dudes like Ingram, SGA, and Fox....when they may not even be available lol...and if they are...others teams can probably beat our offers, no? Ben and Zion is a bad fit so yeah flipping Ben is neat and all...but if they can get anyone of Ingram value for Ben...why wouldn';t we just take that deal?. Then if it is the Wolves...I am certain teams can beat Beasley and Stuff to get Ingram.

It gets very difficult to mock out 3 team trades because of that.

Because you have to factor in where the player wants to go. And who Minnesota wants. For all the talk about how Simmons is worthless, Minnesota has new owners and has been to the playoffs I think once in the past fifteen years. They have a star player who is moody and had his franchise already trade for one of his friends. It so happens that star is also good friends with Simmons. They have already announced they are in on Simmons, and there is a reason for that. Most of the guys we bring up are coming up to FA. They will not re-sign in Minnesota. And why would Minnesota want Ingram or Fox? Those guys would just take touches from KAT and Russell. Ben doesn’t. It’s not always just about talent.

You can certainly make the argument about SGA that MIN would rather have him and would just do that deal. But in that case, you don’t have to tell them.

Edwards for SGA works monetarily by itself because OKC is way under the cap.

no i get it from MNs POV.

Simmons is like the perfect fit for them.

I don't get why the Pels would move off of Ingram or the Kings move off of Fox to facilitate it ...or honestly at all. If they are moving those guys, they probably could find better deals no? Much better than The Wolves scrap for example.

(I also think Ingram is just skinny Tobias as the Pels looked better when SVG gave the Ball to Zion)

There are rumors that Zion and Ingram don’t like playing together, and therefore NOP is going to bend over backwards to keep Zion happy.

As for Fox, Minnesota wouldn’t be involved in that. Sacramento is in the same kind of spot as Minnesota, hasn’t been to the playoffs in 15 years and really could use a name player to generate some fan interest. They also have Halliburton and may want to turn the keys over to him. Simmons is the kind of floor raiser that gets them in the playoff race. That deal would just be like Simmons and 28 for Fox. Could Sacto find something better? Yeah, if they just want draft picks. But they don’t.

See, to me, I see Ingram as potentially another Paul George. He's a player that can run an offense the same way PG can. Yes he's similar in some ways to Tobias, but man! That's one heck of a big three with him and Jo. It also allows Maxey to become a bigger part of our offense. Ingram is at the top of my wishlist if we move Ben.

Ben-DLO-Towns will form the greatest E-Sports trio the NBA has ever seen.

But seriously, I think that trio would be good. It will be so good that DLo would look like the weak link because of his inconsistency.

I honestly think Wolves will be willing to part ways with Edwards for Ben.

I have a feeling some GMs overvalues Thybulle. Then I also think Thybulle has a good chance to be a more reliable 3pt shooter. Thybulle is close to being the perfect guard defender in this era.

At worst he’ll be overvalued like Roco and get you a couple of first rounders or a big man like Capela.

They should this is a pivotal year for the save KAT era. If they want him to sign an extension to stay in Minnesota a Simmons for Edwards trade would be perfect for them. He fits so well with KAT on offense. KAT might honestly be the most underrated player in the league. It was so ugly watching the ball hog Edwards shoot so many terrible low iq shots last season.

I want no part of Edwards but if we can reroute him to a team that has what we want who doesnt want Simmons we should do the trade and flip him.

I also think Wolves is just positioning.

Its similar to Sixers not wanting to trade Ben for Harden, but everyone knows they will put him on the table.

If wolves just publicly announced they are willing to trade Edwards, teams will pump bids on Ben. Another thing is they lose leverage so Sixers may react and ask for more or for Sixers to give more than just Ben.

Its undeniably clear that DLo-KAT-Ben makes a lot of sense and i wouldnt be surprised if they’re planning this for a long time. Just as there were rumors that Booker would be joining the Wolves like a year ago.

Here is Kendrick Perkins the day after Sixers are eliminated by the Hawks trashing Ben Simmons.

The below videos are from Monday June 21st.

After getting a call from Rich Paul, klutch shill Kendrick Perkins takes back all his stances from the day before (Monday June 21st) and proposes that Simmons needs to go to Minnesota and leave Embiid who is a bad fit.

The below videos are from Tuesday June 22nd.

Honestly Simmons should want to go to Minnesota. No pressure to improve the fans will be fine with his mediocre sub all-star level production. He gets to play next to his two buddies and they will all be happy with their offensive numbers with their coach Chris Finch.

They should be a fun team to watch and will be fighting for one of the play in spots.

We should get as much as a return as possible for ben Simmons. Lets say brogdan, tj Warren and pick(s)
And then flip these assets (or some of them)+ some more if Needed (in best case milton/reed/joe, pick) for beal, sga or lavine. Pick swap later on could be included as well

For beal give up brogdan, Warren, picks ind, future 1rnd pick phi (prob 2)
For sga give up brogdan, milton, reed, joe, picks ind, pick(s) phi, possibly even maxey.
For lavine (+young?): brogdan, Warren, milton, reed, pick(s) ind, possible future pick.

I dont think lillard will be traded. Beal is most experienced, but not best 3 point shooter.
Sga is young and therefore is most usefull longterm even if embiid is gone in few years (lets hope more then 3 good years left), needs max extension off course. First year bargain salary.
Lavine has to prove himself by a contender , but at least not undersized. Some extra room salary to start with, Needs extension also.

The trade i like most is probably the one for sga, especially if we can keep Warren and maxey. But if oklahoma would accept brogdan, milton, reed, joe, ind pick, 2 first round phi and pick swap we should accept in a minute.
If they somehow would want maxey, thybulle, milton, reed and picks/pick swab accept right away also of course.

(Dreaming of sga, brogdan, warren, harris and embiid starting 5, curry, green and some vets on bench). But that will be dreaming....

I would take Edwards + Rubio + future pick for Simmons + Hill + second round pick

Rubio/Maxey
Edwards/Curry
Green/Thybulle
Harris/Paul
Embiid/Howard

Really don't know if we would be that much worse than this season

Whoever wants Ben may also angle to include Thybulle also - I bet Pop wishes he had a Thybulle for FIBA ball after today's showing.

Thybulle stays if Simmons is traded. Part of the problem is they can’t play together. Apart both of them are better.
