Go Suns!!! Just keep being the Suns and that will be enough. Easily the best team in the NBA this season and the beauty of the NBA is the best team wins.
Much love goes out to Giannis though. He suffered a far worse injury than Harden, Anthony Davis, Kawhi,or Lebron did yet he’s out there fighting. The aforementioned “superstars” are a bunch of pu$$ies that will never win again. Major props to both the Bucks and Suns that have shown the heart it takes and the willingness to play hurt to win it all.

It is much easier to stabilize a knee with no structural damage than it is to get a torn/strained muscle to function. You simply cant play with a pulled hamstring or groin. It is not even about playing through the pain, cause there isnt much pain anyway, the issue is that you cant generate power using that muscle and the worst case scenario is that the muscle tears off bone which will need surgery and put you out for 6 months.
I admire NBA players for still trying. Would be unthinkable in soccer with all the sprinting those muscles would tear immediately.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

I think today is gonna be the ugliest game in the series. Everything points to a Milwaukee win.
The real game starts in Game 4
The real game starts in Game 4
The Greatest of All Time debate in basketball is essentially who has the greatest basketball resume of the player who has the best highlights instead of who is the best player

They don't play better without Giannis, they are just inconsistent. Middleton had his best two games (38 points each) playing with Giannis. He had 11 points last game. You never know what he will do next game

I wonder. Do the Bucks have a particular ref that they think has it out for them? Scott Foster HATES CP3.
Yea hoping he only refs one game and its on the road to limit the effect.
Well. The lead official is Scott Foster for this game. I am not expecting a Suns win. That is how bad he is biased against CP3. I just hope we come out of this game healthy.

For us it's Marc Davis, he's had an obvious hatred/bias against the Bucks since the George Karl big 3 days in the early 2000's.
And he officiated game 1 of this series and was true to form.
And of course, right on a cue, Marc Davis officiated our game 7 against Brooklyn, and tried like hell to screw the Bucks.

I thought people were sick of the unfair officiating complaints in the gamethreads. Just goes to show we're all just patiently waiting for our turn to have a moan.

Both score more efficiently individually with Giannis off court.
Jrue
55.5 efg%, 57.9 TS% with Giannis off court
52.8 efg% 54.8 TS% with Giannis on court
Middleton
54.7 efg%, 59.4 TS% with Giannis off court
52.5 efg%, 56.3 TS% with Giannis on court
Interestingly, when both are on court together without Giannis, they do worse than with Giannis on court. In any case, Giannis’s defensive impact makes up for whatever increased offense efficacy they have without him individually,
