I'm still pulled towards Aaron Wiggins. Dude has put in the effort over three years to be a two way player.

Preston can't score off the dribble. Which is pretty weird considering the position he plays and the low level competition he plays at. He's just a great passer with terrible hair.

Marreon Jackson is the MAC PG worth giving a shot to, IMO.

Justin Turner is the best scorer in the conference, though.

Jason Preston gives Brogdon combo guard vibes. Would have to get a bit more athletic, spend time working on his body... and also totally rework that free throw mechanic. Unreal passer though, and pretty outstanding when it comes to manipulating the p&r.

Haven't seen enough of David Johnson, and perusing his tape the main play that caught my eye was when he did the in&out behind the back dribble to split the defender and kick it out to the corner. Low assist numbers though, no free throw line presence either. A target for #50 I guess if none of the other players I like better fall.

Johnson's basketball IQ and passing vision are pretty phenomenal. I can't explain the dip this year, but in a bit role as a freshman, he posted a near 36% assist percentage. And nearly all his buckets are unassisted. I truly believe people are going to be kicking themselves for letting him drop so far in this draft. I could easily see him being one of the 12-15 guys that actually wind up mattering in this draft. Bank on youth/shotcreating and you won't often be lead astray.

I'll deep dive further into his tape later since you love him so much.

So... David Johnson is interesting. He has great size, has traits that can predict him being a transferable defender at the next level and can really make impressive advanced passes cross court with either hand. And he's pretty solid in catch and shoot 3 scenarios.

I'm curious where your infatuation with him comes from though considering he seems average at best off the bounce, not a great separator and someone that can be trapped into committing poor turnovers, due to a w.i.p handle.

Freaky for a 7 footer of his size to be moving this swiftly.

I'd love to grab a guy with that kind of size with #50.

Reminds me of the old arnett moultrie workout video

Tremendous defender in space and moves his feet pretty well. Also a freak on the glass. He's bigger and better than Robert Williams who the Celtics discarded a first on a few years back.

The fact that he has hands and flashes some offensive upside makes me think he could be a starter one day on a good team.

Big fan of Queta. Everyone in the East should have him on their radar to combat Embiid. He's legit great defensively.

Kessler Edwards is going to be a really good 4 at the next level.

I've had trouble embracing Kessler as a prospect. I don't think has has any shotcreating talent to go on the ball and make plays. And in terms of being a role playing PF, I don't think he's good enough on the glass or defensively. I get serious Semi Ojaleeheheheheh vibes from him, in terms of being a good shooter with popcorn muscles with no defined role or skillset.

I feel like nobody from this conference (Gonzaga guys, not included) stacks up to Malik Fitts' intrigue from last year. Jeremiah Bailey is going to be a sick defensive role player but he won't enter the draft until next year.

I was going to include role player in my post. I don't see crazy upside, but then again he's flashed some ability to put it on the floor and attack the basket. He's going to be a really good & positionally diverse defender from day 1 though. The way he sticks with guys off the dribble or in the post and blocks shots is really impressive.

Trade for DeRozan and #12 and draft a PF who will actually shoot from anywhere and does the same transition offense as Ben.

Get Trey Murphy and call it a draft.
