He was the most underrated prospect of the draft. With a strong season and a weaker draft class next year I can see him going top 10 next year

What in addition to #7 could GS consider trading for Suggs? 14 too much prob?
Most Toronto fans have turned down #7, Wiseman and #14 for #4
Wow. That’s nuts. Gs couldn’t and wouldn’t offer that much anyway. No way they’d give wiseman away in that trade.
I think there’s a problem on this board with logical Wisman value, and for sure a problem with almost all Raptor related values in trades.

There isn't an issue with Wiseman value, there is a discrepancy between how GS values him and how the rest of the league does.
I wouldn't trade a top-12 pick this year for Wiseman.

i dont get it...if the top 3 teams want Cade/Mobley/Green what does that have to do with Toronto wanting Barnes at 4?
if it's a smokescreen, it's a smokescreen to trade down with someone that wants Barnes.Spoiler:
Admittedly I don't think Mobley will be there, but one can hope right?
who's to say the Cavs aren't doing the same thing with Kuminga that the Raps are doing with Barnes?
point is either way if the Cavs want Mobley, nothing the Raptors say they will do at 4 will change that. smokescreens are way more likely to get someone to trade up than they are to get someone picking ahead of you picking someone u want them to pick.

6. OKC - Giddey
7. GSW - Moody
8. ORL - Kumminga
9. SAC - Wagner
10. NOP - Bouknight
11. CHA - Sengung
12. SAS - Garuba
13. IND - Springer
14. GSW - Johnson

Why?
Barnes is a decent shot away from being the best prospect in the draft. I think people overreact to players or situations and project them too much onto others.

He’s a project who will take years to develop. He doesn’t help space the floor for Siakam, he’s probably not a center long term, he’s a bad fit on the Raptors as currently constructed. Biggest issue for the Raps right now is scoring and shot creation and Barnes does none of that.

Barnes can create shots for others. He has a very strong feel for the game, is a gifted passer and has shown an ability to be a high-impact player.
I'd trust Masai if he picked Barnes.

We’ve already seen with Ben Simmons what happens to non-shooting “good passers” who also can’t make free throws, they become a liability in the playoffs. Look at how important shot creation is with guys like Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Trey Young, and Milwaukee’s guards. They work because they can create their own shot and can score.
