We were in the 2019 finals game thread singing the praises of KD (because he was about to be a knick) and trashing steph and klay because they were getting stomped by Toronto. She blew a gasket and committed sudoku. Klay never played in another basketball game ever again and Steph got injured tanked once and then missed the the playoffs. Sad. Greenie curse undefeated

She told me to FOH and put me on the foe list, 5 posts later she was done posting for good. Not sure specifically why banned, I just remember she kept frantically adding people to the foe list for saying KD > Curry

I remember she asked to be banned, and she was actually temporarily banned, came back, and then it got worse. She did annoying things like say that people said things they didn't say. She also would say that "the mods did this or did that," including she told everybody I was banned or at least warned, but I wasn't. She seemed to know a lot of basketball but everything became too personal and very toxic quickly if you didn't like players she liked. She got into it personally in a really serious way with lots of posters here.

I was really tired of poor D, iso-Melo, I just didn't like how he played for us after Phil resigned him, and that was something she couldn't seem to accept as not being a personal affront to her. Actually I appreciate how he has reinvented himself after taking off weight and not trying to do everything by himself.

I also recall she got into it on the OT political threads, where she said she had a hatred of the Clintons for "3 strikes and you're out." I believe one of her family may have been caught up in that. But that was the election where Trump won, and many posters believed she was the lesser of two evils. She was advocating some third party candidate "because Hillary can't lose." She really got a number of folks involved in highly personal, very angry discussions. She seemed very upset about how that went.

don't know if i have all the info. i was actually on a RealGM hiatus while it happened. i had no clue she left either.


greenie and i did not like each other because of my contempt and hatred about acquiring melo, versus her unwavering love for him

She got banned cause she was defending Steph Curry in the around the nba threads. I remember. I don’t think she said anything that was ban worthy and even the posters she argued with said the same. Smh. I thought she was a good poster

i actually enjoyed her as well, even though she and i didn't see eye to eye, and went back and forth. i never saw her do/say anything egregious, or ban worthy either.


i felt she was good at taking as much as she gave, which i think is important to have around here. she never went over the line that i saw.

while i'm sure she has said things to me that would make others cry for a mod, i never felt it was any worse than anything i said to her. don't think it ever got personal between her and me, which is also key for around here; it was strictly anger over basketball


i'd have to see exactly what it was that led up to her getting banned, but i can't imagine it was that bad.

yeah same here. didn't think it was too much. but it's also best i'm not a mod


most mods here i like and enjoy. maybe 1 i'm indifferent to. some i don't care for at all, so i just do my best to ignore them completely

i think it should be dealt with, behind doors, between him, wingo, and the mods.


i believe people need consequences, but i also believe in second chances. that's just my opinion, but it may have really went against the ToS

we all make mistakes. it's up to the mods to decide the next steps.
