waiting/hoping for the rumors of regulation to die down first, though. that has caused a major drop in all of them. exactly what i was saying earlier.

I think I'm going to just cost average into BTC, ETH, and Polkadot. I'm down a lot in Polkadot, but I'm still up a decent amount in BTC and ETH, even after these dips.

i feel i got into the game too late. i did have ETC a while ago. but this recent dip hurt.

government just needs to stay out of it. of course they won't because they want their "share" of the research/risk/work we put in. but i'm hoping they'll stay the **** away.

Read on Twitter

Dogecoin coin creator quoted above with why he's no longer a fan of crypto and expresses his concerns in a long Twitter thread

This is how I feel many people feel about Crypto now.

Not saying it's done... But I think people are beginning to lose faith and I wouldn't be surprised to see more dips

yeah, i read this article this morning:

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/dogecoin-co-creator-blasts-crypto-as-a-scam-to-help-the-rich-get-richer-11626310808

while it is only 1 guy's prospective, i think part of what he said is right. the rich manipulating things to get richer off poorer people, at the same time the government needing to take their "cut" (the biggest problem of it all) is what'll cause this to die, most likely.

that being said, i don't get charged for holding, so why sell?

somehow I don't feel bad about this loser

he made Doge to make fun of crypto to begin with and he cashed out when it was at a pitiful state

now it is worth multiple billions and he is extremely salty

the level of destruction in his mind cannot be comprehended, he gave up billions from being impatient

Apparently SEC might regulate Polkadot, Cardano, and DOGE

Polkadot has been taking a beating lately

Let's face it, regulation is coming, so my stance is, let's get it over with once and for all. Not a good thing for prices in the short term but it's good mid to long term. We need it some way or the other.

I'm still waiting for that big dip everyone is looking for, although i'm not sure it's coming after all, there's a lot of support in the low 30Ks for Bitcoin. So maybe high 20s but there should be massive buying pressure at this point.

So dollar cost averaging for now on a couple cryptos, mainly ADA and ETH.

yeah not paying attention to this kind of "news", if anything I want to buy more when I read this because I know it's gonna freak out a lot of people and that's when you want to buy. DCAing whenever Fear & Greed index is at 15-20. It was 15 a couple days ago so I loaded a bit, but I'm running out of cash lol

That fear and greed index is a trap imo, it was at “extreme greed” for pretty much the entire bull run last year starting at the end of July. Imagine those who sold back then based on that indicator. No reason it can’t stay in “extreme fear” for a year while it continues to crash

In my opinion, Bitcoin is going to bottom out soon (I’m thinking 10k) and will be bought up by the big guys. Bitcoin will be 100k in 5 years. The rest of the coins will die out.

You're probably right that regulation is inevitable.

However, that's the worst thing that could be done, especially with government oversight.

There are going to be so many backdoor deals and manipulations that take place behind government doors with big businesses, us little people are going to lose, hard.

There's always going to be manipulation, there's strong manipulation now by crypto whales, and small investors are being rekt massively. Look how many retail buyers got destroyed in the may crash.

The way I see it, 1. leverage trading being out of control creates a lot of volatility, and regulation could help reduce risks, and 2. small retail investors should feel more comfortable entering the market if they get the sense that they're being "protected" by laws, even if it's all smoke and mirrors.

Hey Garbagelo,

What do you think of karura coin?

Also, what you think of the recent DOT and KSM drops?

Everything will follow BTC

Price action has followed pretty much as expected since the giga dump to 30k, sideways and lower as more and more fud comes

The fud is going to get worst and worst but if BTC can survive this, it will never go below this level ever again

Do not buy alts until BTC figures itself out unless you are an experienced trader

What do you mean by "if BTC can survive this". Survive as in stay around 30k during this FUD; or recover in a few months if by chance all this FUD gets BTC to drop well below 30k?

I agree, it's gonna drop soon.

I'm waiting for the next major dip to pump more into ETH. Gotta bring my dollar DCA down.

Once inflation hits majorly, we're gonna drop hard. I'm gonna wait for that
