They probably should be a 2nd round L, Bish, but bottom line is they're holding the cup right now. Reminds me of Toronto 'chip a couple seasons ago tbh.

You right, their champs. Proves that they could win a chip with some favor-- like most teams.

Jimmy/Bam/Giannis woulda bn awful tho

No different to the Suns really. Healthy Lakers, health Clippers/Jazz all would've given them trouble along the way.

Ultimately, if my team wins a 'chip, I couldn't give a chit if we had favour or not. I'll take it regardless - it's bloody hard to win in the NBA.

No doubt, I'm just going to have to adjust to a world with a new 'justified' champion

Thank us again next year when you gonna exit in the 2nd round

I won't be bothered. I just wanted one chip from this group during the Giannis era, thus I'm happy.

Loosing to mentally tough sides like the raptors and your mob helped us finally get over the hump.

Great last three games. We watched some great team defense and every shot was contested. Big ups to both teams, fought a well contested series.

Incredible game by Giannis. It is refreshing to see a different unique style of play display its greatness in the finals. His spin move should be considered iconic like the Iceman finger role.

BaffLer wrote:I hope CP3 wins a ring. It's about damn time quite honestly.

I think that was his last chance like it was for Dragic as a prominent role player. Phoenix road to winning a chip is now on Ayton shoulders in developing into a offensive scorer who can help Booker carry the team. Ayton has to watch David Robinson and try to imitate his game. As of right now Ayton is more Olowokandi than the Admiral. He also need to be more dominate around the rim. He has the talent, like Embiid he has to get his game there.

Giannis NBA Finals MVP

PPG: 35.2
FTA: 14.2
FT% 65.9
REBS 13.2
BLKS 1.8
FG% 61.8

Stats look similar somewhat to D-Wade 2006 vs Mavs.
Ironically both players won 4 straight to win their 1st title after being down 0-2

But it seems ok among fans for Giannis for to get 14.2 FTA but not Wade
very interesting
dont hear any complaints about it

Only Dallas fans complain about the fouls that were called.

Damn, I never knew about this.

If so, eat s*** CP3 and enjoy choking another 2-0 series lead, bum.

There in the end, CP was already a big wig in the NBAPA and I remember people on here and other sites talking about CP encouraging LeBron to go somewhere else to make more money and stay out of the shadows of Wade and Pat and chit like that.
As the big wig in the Union, CP3 didn’t like that a player didn’t run out franchise and that an old school like Riles ran the show and players had to fall in line.
So CP3 can suck a big one and enjoy being a loser.

Suns weren't ready. A lot of pups in that squad. CP & Crowder vets not enough. Young Book & Ayton gotta go through that heartbreak & obstacles first. That's the process. Nothing comes easy. Giannis earned his stripes, he's been through the ropes. Bucks filled w/ more vets & built for a Championship. Suns need to bring in more veterans, battle tested, experienced or hungry for a title. Their time will come. But not before we get ours goddamnit!
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Raptors looking at Jarrett Allen. They're in great position for a nice rebuild. I'd trade Siakam in a second to push it even further along. I'm down on him overall, but some team may pay a pretty penny.

I was 100% for trading Herro in a package for Lowry/Siakam.

Wagner has offensive talent. I wonder what's going on with him at practices that make coaches not trust him.
