I would really like to move up. Especially from 17 to a 10 - 14 slot. I am not sure I have the value/player to make a small move like that happen. Most of my players have higher picks already tied up in them.

I am probably going to have to deal with it and see who drops to 17.

Kinda the same.

Slice did a good job making a championship team, but I got them on the downslope with not a lot of great pieces outside of Butler.

I have some solid pieces, but no one that could get me better players, or picks.


Butler is my favorite player in the NBA, so I want to continue building around him, though.

I don't see why he would need to lie. Like you said the top 6 in whatever order you have it seems at least pretty consensus. So he knew who would probably be available. Dont see the reason for misdirection.

The moment I dropped out of the top four, I had no interest in the pick. I do like Barnes as a team player, he has to turn into Issac in the sim to really be worth it. With Kuminga I already have Reddish who I'm still quite high on, so it seemed redundant. I'm happy with the trade I have lined up, it's more curious to see where the pick actually ends up to me.

It's crazy I was reading the latest athletic article about the rockets and they say they still don't know what they are going to do at #2. They have all the info in the world and they even interview and see these guys workout this is what they do and there is still a lot of debate. Now imagine us that basically just have to go off intubation and scouting report videos

As an evaluator, all I’ma say is if I had the top pick I would be taking a player that isn’t the consensus #1. I’d be going YOLO. Cuz to me there is one truly special player in this draft.
