Also, a training camp with the team will be huge. I gotta think he had difficulty staying engaged the early part of last year with that Rockets boondoggle (not sure what that word means).MickeyDavis wrote:I think PJ would be fine with limited minutes during the regular season. Impressive takes. Really gotta dig deep to come up with that kind of bull. His ratings must be BAD right now.mediocrityrules wrote:The hatred that Skip Bayless has for Giannis is palpable. He cant stand the guy, and you can tell that it really eats away at him that he's proved everyone wrong.
I see today he says that Giannis is just gloating now, and he's sick of seeing him everywhere and it's time that he pulls his head in.

You're cool. It's the other fans coming in here acting superior for a two year old chip that has nothing to do with this year that we don't have any time for. Appreciate you.PhilBlackson wrote:I know ya'll hate most Raptors fans n tbh I don't blame you...but congrats!!!
It's awesome to see a superstar do it the right way n must feel amazing to watch it build over the years and finally reach this point. They can say what they want but you got it! Cheers

Now that the high has worn off, until I get my shirt that is, I keep looking back at the Bobby P tech wondering how the hell that gets called. Charmin soft.
Inadequate perception I reckon it's from the Valium

Oh yeah its definitely a different team, you added a couple of THE best perimeter defenders in the league in Tucker and of course Jrue who's a massive upgrade over Bledsoe who even the Pelicans don't want lol Not to mention obviously Giannis took his game up to an entirely different level these Playoffs.
But overall I hate when people say "X" team can beat so & so based on previous matchups. Each year there's new players, schemes and player development that effects it all. I won't claim to know who'd win between our 2019 vs this year's Bucks, both teams had a superstar and excellent supporting cast and I'm sure neither side is about to say the opposing side is better than the other lol so it's a pointless endeavor unless the (likely) goal is to be an annoying troll. Anyways enough of that blab, enjoy soaking it in, the haters can eat a d.

I dont care much about next year to be honest but i believe Jrue will be much better offensively next year playoffs time, he looked very stressed, the stage was too big for him, but now..they did it, all of them are going to be much better i believe.

Don’t be surprised if they don’t release one. They didn’t for the Lakers last season (and you know if they thought they could make $ on one it would have been the Lakers). More niche physical media releases are becoming less frequent.
The best we might get is a doc on Bally Sports WI or NBA TV. At least I’ve been able to find full game commerical free HD rips of all the playoff games to save.
I second this! Please!

I honestly had no problem with it being called....my problem was the initial foul where Crowder basically lost his dribble and fell down alone. I also had a problem with Booker literally doing the SAME EXACT THING on the next possession and the refs allowing him to get away with it. Booker's was worse than Bobby's because he was basically mocking him in a way saying "Watch, I won't get called for the same thing you did" and he was right. If you were at the game you saw this, and the fact that ABC basically swept it under the rug shows what is going on.
Refs did so much for the Suns, but we still won in the end. Makes it that much sweeter!

I have the ultimate respect for your team, your fanbase, and your players. I congratulate you on your championship. You won 4 in a row. Refs didn't do it, injuries didn't do it. I don't believe in making excuses. We were defeated. Respect.

The Bobby tech came off of a series of bull foul calls after he played lockdown defense. I don't blame him for reacting after Crowder drew the call for tripping over himself. That was an egregious call by Tony Brothers.

You are a very talented and young group. You just suffered what we suffered two years ago against the more experienced Raptors team.
We also lost 4 in a row but the game 3 went to OT and if we had more experience we would have won the series anyway.
It was Booker's and Ayton's first hard playoff series. They will be much better in the future and hopefully they will get their second chance.
Good luck!

re: Suns fans.
I feel like I’ve been through something similar with the Badgers vis a vis losing to Duke in the natty. Up to about 7:00 left in the championship game, I was certain we had won the championship. We didn’t. It sucked and all, but the journey was incredible. I look back on that run with rose colored eyes rather than think “what if?” The run itself was the experience, not the ultimate (ref decided) outcome. So enjoy the ride y’all had. It was great. Players played well. Team did themselves proud.
That said, it also feels REALLY good to win that last game.
