I’m very big on relationship building. If a GM is unresponsive or responds on their own time with disregard to mine, then I bookmark that mentally. They become someone who is not a preferred party to deal with. If I do deal with them, they will pay a premium and I won’t be as flexible in negotiations as I am with the people I rock with on a good rapport. Or if I must trade talk with them, my offers will be of the take it or leave it variety on a deadline to accept.

basing of some historical SIM ratings Segun might actually get a decent SIM rating this year...whether he follows that up with a productive rookie campaign we shall see but can't ignore those numbers for such a young player in a professional league.

I think we are evolving to a point were all gms will be active...I'm loving the personalities too...
