Don’t worry we are still getting Lonzo
And oubre.

It seems we got too much hype with William Wesley on board. So as a fan base I think people feel he should be able to pull a dame plus a second star in to pair with randle. But I’m hoping Leon rose goes for a smaller move like brogdon from the pacers while keeping RJ,IQ,OBi and Mitch. And then we trade up for bouknight.

We don’t know yet if they got a trade organized or not. A lot of smoke screens this year, more than normal because I think this draft is thought highly of. :dontknow:

Honestly we don’t know **** except they better not **** up

Perhaps at this rate even getting Lonzo could be a stretch. Dont be surprised if the Knicks ended up sitting on their hands

Or could just be the calm beform the **** storm

This is a copy pasta of the Lowe-Woj article recaps from the GB

* 9th (Kings) and 10th (Pelicans) pick are open for trade
* Cavs like the idea of pairing Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley
* Thunder are expected to push for 3rd (Cavs) and 4th (Raptors) pick
* Darius Garland or Collins Sexton are not expected to be moved for picks and young players
* Bradley Beal is not and may not be available
* Warriors are not interested in Ben Simmons
* Bradley Beal is currently uncertain about his future
* Celtics are unlikely to offer Jaylen Brown for Bradley Beal
* No indication of Kawhi considering leaving the Clippers
* Kawhi might miss next season
* Sixers are engaged in Ben Simmons trade talks
* Ben Simmons' situation could get serious during this draft week
* Bulls, Knicks, Pelicans and Mavs might be interested in Dennis Schroder
* Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope are being offered around the league
* Kyle Lowry has a big market
* Blake Griffin is likely to stay with the Nets

Nah. Doesn't fit the timeline. I think our money is better spent somewhere else. I see him on the Lakers with everyone else.

He’ll be 25 in September, he’s a two-way player and criminally underrated. I’d much rather the Knicks trade for him than Sexton, but that’s just a matter of personal preference:
- 6’4 with a 6’10 wingspan versus 6’1 for Sexton
- obviously comes from a top-notch organization
- just seems like an all-around better building block than Sexton and other names we hear tossed around as trade/FA candidates (LaVine, Ball, etc)

What sort of haul would San Antonio require for Dejounte Murray?

I don't know why we haven't talked this up more. My guess would be some combination of Mitch, Obi, IQ, and/or first round draft picks.

Cause this the Knicks and that’s not a home run move for the fan base or media. I hope we go for Murray or Malcom Brogdon. Just need a solid two way point guard to pair with randle and RJ. Save some assets to make a big splash later or get bouknight. Shietttt

Absolutely. Look what a difference Rose made and he was just coming off the bench while Payton continued to start. :noway: If we had either Murray or Brogdon starting with Rose continuing to come the bench as 6th man, that would be a huge improvement. Plus, splitting the time equally between Malcom and Derrick saves both of them in terms of load management.

Bouknight would be tremendous but where is he getting picked? I'm reading top 10, easily.

It's cause Murray can't shoot from deep and clogs the mid range even more.

For what we need, I'd rather go for Derrick White over Murray.

Notice how Knicks aren't in any Woj rumors? That's because they aren't going to get anything done.

Just get ready for some more Noel and Burks 1 style 1 year deals.

The most exciting thing you might get is Kelly Oubre on a 1 year deal.

And Elf is coming back.

I hope the Knicks draft Isiah Jackson and max out Dennis Schroeder and Kelly Oubre.

We’ll see if anything the Knicks are waiting so Woj can have the exclusive on dropping their moves. That CAA loyalty runs deep

Either the Knicks have nothing going on, or they've asked Woj to be silent and then he'll get to drop the bomb. The CAA thing is actually true, as WOJ generally wrote hit pieces about the Knicks, but after Rose/WWW got hired, it's been generally positive.
He's on the payroll\inside. Which I think was always a Woj thing. If not literally taking cash, at the least he traded access for favorable write ups.

I'd bet it's the Knicks have nothing going on though.

So many teams want to make deals and so many teams have superior front offices, that they'll be dealing among themselves while Knicks will be watching.

You say that like its a bad thing.

True we've had rumors of teams intersted in Bullocks, Rose and Noel. Can it possibly be true that NO team is interested in Elf?

It's bad for everyone penciling in:

Knicks trade up to late lottery!
Knicks get Sexton!
Knicks signing Lonzo Ball!
Knicks signing Lowry!
CP3 -might be available!
Just wait, Lillard will be a Knick!
Bradley Beal incoming!
Kawhi, on his way, any second!
Lavine. A Knick. Book it!
DeMarr DeRozan! (well, just Shamms says this)
Kelly Oubre!!!! Kelly Oubre!!!!

Exactly none of this is going to happen.
