TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Detroit Pistons have agreed to trade Dylan Windler to the Washington Wizards in exchange for the #53 pick in the 2021 BaF draft.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...im typsy riiight...he got a nice team but i like how he put his balls on the table with no fear- go for his vision... yeah i agree he owes you a beer was i right though -be honest mph- no political replies KOC would not like the trades- he was stingy?

I imagine a few are questioning the trades of Mitchell and KAT. I saw it as a can't lose situation. Either the players pan out or they don't. I either end up with some great prospects or I end up with some role players and 500 in cap to spend. My team as constructed was not good enough to win it all last season. I did not see standing pat as a solid strategy with the impending free agencies of Mitchell and KAT.

We will see how I do. Similar to last season but with great new contracts. I will view that as a win.

when i said what i said I was referring to KOC's personal taste... I like the trade for you because you went after the guys you believed in. I don't care if they're stars(Mitchell) -they're on 1 year contracts and that makes if difficult to get their star value because "contracts" are apart of value. Not to mention, with this group of animals (and i say that with love). There was no way you would have been able to retain all three s you mention several times.... You were smart to get that deal done... Those were the young guys you wanted or was the most high on-- in relation to what ever offer you received

Its all good. I knew it was not necessarily your critique. I just agreed that some would see it that way. This league is crazy with all the 40% cap hit players.

I imagine a few are questioning the trades of Mitchell and KAT. I saw it as a can't lose situation. Either the players pan out or they don't. If we due our cap due diligence and then do the simple math; all 30 teams can afford one 400+ player. Think about that...

Inbox is empty of trades and picks, another good day...started real strong but faded a bit towards the end, but still 15 picks, a complete first round and a full day ahead of schedule. I'm back to work tomorrow so may not be able to get to everything as quickly as usual but will update anything that comes in as soon as I get a chance.

To be fair people ganged up on Robin like it was no one's business because he wasn't a regular poster, that's why I called people out .. and he ended up fielding a competitive team in the end with Conley (who turned out to be an all-star ), Vuc (all-star), two 20 ppg scorers in VanVleet/Bojan and I think Lamb... drafted Cole Anthony. Had his own pick still.. people do A LOT worse than that even if his asset management wasn't great.

If he made some of the trades today.. some of you guys would be barking more

Not necessarily because you chose a direction and I think the trade before yours Kyrie was also given away for cap space, which was also direction made/decision for Smash so he could acquire other players (?), I think it was Smash.

Just saying when Robin did it he would've got clowned on for like 3 pages lol.. people have been nicer this year
