I would ask Weham "why not draft and stash at the very least?" If not that, is it a crime to take on an extra rookie if the guy can play? The team is basically starting over, after all

Either way, this is the pick that spends a lot of next season in Lakeland.


Christopher absolutely projects as a rotational player in the NBA. Why mock board have him so low is crazy. Great length, acceptable defense, good enough shot. He would be a huge upgrade over Bacon, for example, if the Magic is looking to improve its bench with this selection.
