NBAdraft.net has Thor going 40 and most mocks don't have him in the first round. I really think he's got first-round upside.

This reel would be a lot more impressive if any of the people he was playing against looked older than 12

I looked at 10 random mock drafts.

6 of them only showed the 1st round, and only one has Thor going #30.

The four that had both rounds have him going 35, 36, 37 and 40. So he should be right on the edge of us at 38.

JT Thor is my dream trade up target, it's just I just don't seem him falling far enough. He preformed well at the combine and he's what every team is looking for in a front court player.

He is this year's PWill type pick for the late 1st/early 2nd.

Thor had an OK season (athletic, good close to the basket), but really stood out at the combine:

-“second-largest wingspan (87 1/4 inches), had the fifth-tallest standing reach (110 inches) and tied for the third-largest hand length (9.25 inches)”

-“Thor shot 15-of-25 during individual 3-point drills”

He improved during the season and looks to have improved even more since then. That’s a good sign for a really young rookie with solid measurements

NBA.com: What’s the most common mistake you see teams making in the draft?

Jerry West: Drafting athletes because they have superior athletic ability and not seeing the skill level and, maybe, the desire.

What's the scouting report on Jason Preston? I seen at least one mock having the Bulls selecting him...

Honestly, Ayo like as a prospect but maybe slightly more PG while Ayo has more scorer abilities and Preston did well the last 2 years prior to this year on FT's, but struggled this year for some reason. Would be a good risk in 2nd round - better than Livers, sco :D

I do loke Livers bit we need to hit on some 2nd rounder to be a rotation player and there is talent there. I think Livers could be solid but he is so injury prone is my concern.

Would love to take a risk on Thor ir Preston, A. Henry, Weiscamp type, forwaed from Texas or Alabama type player

He's my guy this year, I want to acquire a late first to take him. He will move up draft boards. A true distributor, exactly what we need.

I remember he hung 30 on Illinois with like 8 assists and zero turnovers.

I isn’t just the hair tho! Some of his highlights have a distinct Lamelo vibe. He even does that same type of putback dunk in a game
