Boucher (+Stuff) for Reid and Culver (+Stuff)

Who needs to add what was the primary question;
But that is the sort of deal I would be content to do.

I can see this scenario possibly panning out in the coming days...

Moves:
#4 for OKC's #6 and #11
Kyle S/T + Boucher + FRP 2022 for Simmons
Re-sign GTJ
+Draft Kuminga or Barnes @ #6
+Draft Keon Johnson @ #11

FVV / GTJ / OG / Siakam / Simmons
Flynn / Keon / Yuta / Barnes or Kuminga / Birch

Can we somehow send Fred to Orlando for #5?

I don't think Orlando is there in terms of their process;
For better or worse they have Fultz and Anthony for the foreseeable future and good bad or otherwise you have Harris on the books as well.

I think they take the BPA @ 5 and run.

trade siakam for 7, 14, wiggins and wiseman

start boucher (more efficient and better team player)

draft BPA on every pick. enjoy watching nurse get more out of wiggins and realizing that siakam pretty much = raptors wiggins. realize we got 2 picks and a prospect for pretty much free and moved a disgruntled siakam for an excited to play for his hometown wiggins.

develop BPA (4 - suggs, 7 - kuminga?, 14 - sengun/moody/giddey/johnson/johnson/jones/mitchell)

try to sign Allen or Noel - if not, bring back Birch

have a crazy young core of:
suggs / fred / flynn / trent / og / kuminga / wiggins / yuta / boucher / (14th pick) / Wiseman / Noel.or.Allen.or.Birch /

instant complete rebuild. Suck for 1-2 more years and draft a couple more pieces and then become a problem in the east after Brooklyn fizzles out.

I expect ORL to go full process hence no pick trading

This franchise will never be the same after this draft. Lowry is gone man..... I can't. Time flies...

I'm intrigued by Barnes. Masai likes position-less basketball and Barnes seems to fit the bill. I still think Suggs is the safer pick, but if you could parlay FVV++ into Barnes and Lowry++ into Simmons, a Suggs/Barnes/OG/Siakam/Simmons lineup would be absolutely nasty defensively. Shooting would be an issue, but that team would run the court for days.

I know, put down the pipe...
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Not sure what this means but I’m going to assume the obvious that the Pelicans are interested in Lowry and now have the $’s to make a decent offer (not sure if that means there’s no sign and trade opportunities but I’d low key ask about Jaxson Hayes and or the #17 pick).

My other take away is…the Raptors don’t leak sh*t!

We live in interesting times my friends!

Bored before draft night, I know everyone loves OG, Myself included but I dont see him being the guy to carry us to the promised land (although he would be a great piece once we get there)

OG+4
For
SGA + 6

Why for Toronto? They get their hometown star who looks like he is in the making of being a top 10 player. Draft either Kuminga or Barnes with the 6th pick to fill the hole OG leaves behind.

FVV/SGA/6Th pick/Pascal/C

Why for OKC? They get an elite young 3+D wing that is on a reasonable contract with experience on a championship team and draft their future PG in Suggs. They also avoid giving a max contract out the SGA

Suggs/Dort/OG/Poku/???

I'm generally against trading a bird in hand for two in the bush and that kinda feels like what's going on here.

We'd be lucky if Barnes or Kuminga turns out to be the guy we're essentially trading for them. Makes no sense for us.

If OKC is willing to do Suggs for SGA straight up, now that's something I'd think about very, very hard.

I would as well but I dont think they would do SGA for 4. I look at it like SGA has a bit more value then OG swapping picks makes up for that. I love OG but SGA would be a guy to retool around. I think OG is a good player but overrated on our board and will never be a #1 or 2 on offense which is what this team desperately needs.

Honestly I can roll with..

Suggs/Fred/OG/Pascal/Holmes
Flynn/Trent/Bembry/Boucher/Birch

I’ll take that over a lot of other teams in the East

#4 + GTJ for SGA + #6, would throw in a couple of 2nd rounders if that's what it takes. Take Barnes/Kuminga at 6.

In Free Agency, sign Noel and Birch for 5M ea? Then re-sign Kyle for 25M (we may still be below the tax if we give him 30M)...

Kyle/SGA/OG/Pascal/Noel
FVV/Bembry/Barnes (#6)/Boucher/Birch
Flynn/Watson/Yuta/FG

I'd say we have a pretty good chance defensively against BKN, MIL, PHI
