Moody available at 14, Sengun/Garuba/Kai at 16. We could have easily got Giddey/Moody/Sengun. No clue what Presti is doing

Kicking the can so they have a godfather picks deal to offer for a star once SGA/Poku/Josh are developed enough IMO. Not to mention you never end up extending 3 guys from the same draft off their rookie deals. I dont think its too crazy.

My mother in law did something similar but she’s well in her 50s and actually accomplished it in less than a year.

I’m a little disappointed. Presti tends to be too conservative too early and aggressive too late.

Why did we not even attempt to get #24 from Houston? Smfh

Agreed. Time will tell though with this draft. Maybe they just didn’t see what others did in some of these guys. One thing is for sure, there needs to be an all out tank next year.

Idk, seems like a fine first round. Giddey was gone at 7 if he wasn't taken. Mann isn't the top guy I'd take but fine. And I'd rather trade for futures that Sengun even if there was another player I may have liked and I am guessing they didn't want 5-6 rookies. People were fine with picking at 6, 16, 18 earlier today and they took 2 of them.

Looks good in highlight clip on you tube. Good foot-working and he is shooting well

I really wanted either Sengun/Garuba/Kai Jones . Not another guard .

We still have second rounders for a big

Yeah, I suppose. If these two where high on the Thunders draft board I guess you grab them if they are available.

I'm not totally down on Tre Mann. I thought he looked interesting from the highlights I saw. But I can't get over trading Sengun. That seems nuts to me. Those picks they got back, one them anyway, is lottery protected next year. Not sure about the other but you have to imagine its heavily protected also.

I'm just confused because they're gonna be bad no matter what. Not sure who people wanted though and think Giddey could end up being really solid.

Presti must be wanting to stack the deck so we can still pull moves for a star once the roster is more established.

I really thought they would take a big in the first round.

Could be:

1. Kemba trade.

2.Free agency?

3. Other trade?

I kinda did too but nothing I'd be bothered by, off-season just started.

I think I wanted Mobley more than I wanted to admit.
