I guess we have targets at 31, I don't get trading the 22nd pick

I wouldn't mind Sharpe at 31, Queta, Bassey, Hyland, McBride, Cooper, Hyland, Wieskamp, Thor, Butler, Dusunmu, Ayayi...

Houston… nice Green, Garuba, Sengun, nice - okay Christopher could have been Cooper or Springer. Still...

What is it with Tommy and 6 ft back up guards, that’s one trend I’m not really liking

So, we traded down from 22 to 31 to get Aaron Holiday - I think. Unfortunately, Holiday's no more than a decent backup. Not a trade I would have made. But there's still gonna be good players at 31. Still... Tommy didn't do well on that one, but it might not hurt.

I don't understand that trade.

Maybe they don't want to pay Neto. Oh well. There will be a good option at 31

I have to imagine the team's internals have Holiday's defense pegged such that they don't view him as a replacement level player. It's also looking like some of the options that popped at 22 may be around for 31. I don't know how confidently they'd know that, but in that case things will look pretty good in retrospect.

Well, his stats are pretty bad, tbh. Jrue he ain't.

Tommy finally made a draft pick I was happy with then trades it to move down 9 spots and pick up a replacement level player. Very curious. I suppose he can make up for it at 31.

He's an upgrade over Ish Smith.

I don't know, seems like a fine deal given that there's a lot of evenly rated players at this point and we get a young backup who other than his fg% (shoots the three well and free throws) is a solid player.

Yeah but if we didn't like anyone at 22 that we can't get at 31 why not save the money and take them further back. I think it better than just trading back pick for pick we need bodies at PG.
