Would have liked Butler or another PG, but if you wanted a swing for the fences, Todd is it.
Agreed, and it surprised me that they took a chance on him, because he will need time to develop. He has a low floor but a high ceiling. Tbh, if I was looking for a player like him, I would have taken JT Thor, but I think he's a reasonable choice.

He’s a project and will spend year in g league. Skinny as hell. Good swing for fences pick.

Why did Todd fall so far? Any red flags?

What a terrible comparison. The dude shot 80% from the ft line and 36% from 3. NBA Draft Net has been a joke for a while.

Bravo, Tommy.
YODA is often wrong.

I didn't say it was a good comparison. Yeah, nbadraft.net has been bad for a long time.

Todd is alright, a serious physical talent, the knock on him is the game is a bit too quick for him right now. So. Another mental project with physical skills.

I think it's worth the risk on Todd. I like his shooting potential and overall mobility seems good.

I like it.
The guy played minor league pro ball — a step up from college — and played well. Some very good games, if you take a look.
Can shoot. Can move. Has a motor.
And his physique — you can see that it’s a frame that is going to add weight and still be sleek and fleet.

I think people are mad cuz they get hung up on Yoda and wanted a PG and the "steals" but he's not a bad pick at 31

…which is a terrible comparison given that Gafford plays in the paint while Todd is primarily a perimeter player.

I tell you in total honesty -- I had no dismissive intention. No attitude at all really! I value you, I value your point of view, you are part of the fun of exchanging views -- because you are informed & you think about things & you care.
I can try to do better to make sure my actual attitude comes across, & I will. I'm not looking to get anyone mad at me! & I'm not competing with you or anyone either.
Above all, I'm upset that I offended you. I'm sorry brother I really am.
Accepted, and I apologize for my over the top response.
I will try to read your future posts with a positive assumption about humor. And I agree, we'd probably get along fine over coffee or watching a game at a sportsbar.
